What challenge were you trying to address with InnoApps?

We needed to build seven websites from scratch. Props is a small initiative, and we wanted to replace our fragmented system to represent our first branch better.

What was the scope of their involvement?

InnoApps helped us build seven websites from scratch and developed a mobile app for iOS and Android to centralize our company's workflow between creators and marketers. We provided the team with everything they required, which helped them get used to us.

InnoApps handled everything from planning and designing to testing and deployment. The app was built using Java. It has campaign management, creator tools, in-app communication, and an analysis and layout system. The team also offered App Store marketing services.

Since starting the service, creators and internal teams adopted the app quickly. We saw stronger engagement, communication, and a more streamlined campaign process.

Their project management was smooth and reliable. InnoApps stuck to the timeline, communicated clearly, and quickly responded to questions and requests. They addressed any issues that came up quickly and in a very communicative way.

What was the scope of their involvement?

InnoApps is responsible for the full mobile app lifecycle, including UX/UI design, backend development, testing, and deployment. We’ve provided InnoApps with everything we want the app to be like.

The app integrates with our existing platforms, supports rule-based permissions, includes offline functionality for remote areas, and allows for things like uploading site photos, logging time, and logging issues.

We’re still in the development phase, but the collaboration has been highly encouraging. We’ve already seen clear progress in the prototypes and early testing.

How did InnoApps perform from a project management standpoint?

InnoApps meets deadlines and has a solid project management style. Our timelines are clear, and they reply to our questions and inquiries very clearly. Overall, our communication is frequent, and we use email, Google, and Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

InnoApps understands how we work instead of just taking the field and building. They understand the industry, and their attention to the user experience, especially for our technicians, is impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

InnoApps has been doing great, and what really helps us is that we analyze everything we want clearly. That being said, my advice is to give them what you want clearly and let them do their work.

What was the scope of their involvement?

InnoApps Technologies has developed our application for iOS and Android. Initially, we met up with them to go over the product idea, and they helped us with the wireframing and the design process. We provided them with a brief on the application design and some wireframes we already had.

They’ve built the app using React Native and LAMP stack. Additionally, InnoApps Technologies has provided maintenance after delivering the product.

At any given time, we’re in contact with 1–2 teammates. We’ve been assigned a few project managers throughout the engagement.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

InnoApps has delivered a functional MVP, and we’ve been mostly pleased with the final result. They’ve achieved what we asked them for a reasonable price.

They’ve definitely been on budget, but they’re not always the best at providing a clear timeline.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’ve been very impressed with their ability to stay on budget. We had a limited budget, and InnoApps Technologies has stuck to it precisely despite the ups and downs and scope expansions.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Our biggest issues have been communication, attention to detail, and deadlines. We had a couple of project managers come in and out, slowing the development and disrupting communication. Also, sometimes we have to follow up with them and ask multiple times to ensure things get done.

I suggest constantly checking back with them to ensure you’re getting what you’re expecting at every stage of the project.
