We are a CRO (contract research organization) that provides servicies to the cosmetic-pharmaceutical industry. In order to provide our services, we need a big data base of the characterists of the skin of all our panelists, in order to match this profiles with the needs of the products of our clients. We needed an app that worked both as data base and search engine in order to register and keep up to date the clinical history of our panelists, so that we could improve and minimize errors in the recruitment for the studies. The app needed to be accesible by 2 areas of our staff.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Panelists are registered in our data base and linked to the studies they are performing. A history of the studies in which they participate is kept, so there are records and no information is lost. The clinical history can be easily updated so that we can match panelist and study in the correct way. Time has been optimized and the two departments can work together fine.

Yes. The project management was always on time and kept working together with us to fulfill our needs, even if they were not clear at the beggining (even for us) Innen helped us improve our work flow.

INNEN's work is personalized to our specific needs and worked a lot in order to help us understad what our needs were and how to fulfill them. They proposed a lot of things that helped us change and improve, even if that was not the objective at the start, they gave us more than what we initially contacted them for.

The scope of this project focused on strengthening PIN Servicios as the main ATS platform for Adecco Argentina by streamlining and automating the recruitment and selection process. This involved the integration of new functionalities and the enhancement of existing ones to improve efficiency, interoperability, and traceability.

Key deliverables:

• Optimization of the job order flow
• Customized reporting dashboards aligned with business needs & BI integration
• Creation of job postings linked to job orders
• Real-time candidate database management
• ATS adaptation for +4 recruitment teams with specific workflows

• Reduced time-to-hire by 46% within six months of go-live.

INNEN followed an agile project management methodology, with structured biweekly sprints and consolidated release cycles. The team held weekly sessions with functional owners and decision-makers to validate scope, track progress, and ensure alignment with business goals. A separate weekly technical meeting was conducted with the LATAM team to address integrations and development tasks. Deliverables were provided every two weeks, aligned with sprint planning, tested in the UAT environment, and deployed in grouped releases. All milestones were delivered on schedule, with strong adaptability to change requests and evolving requirements.
