I'm the Managing Director at an Engagement Marketing Firm - specifically focussed on Marketing Automation capabilities.

For what projects/services did your company hire Inkoop, and what were your goals?

We required custom email, landing page, and website modification that would enable strict branding guidelines to be adhered to within a Marketing Automation platform.

How did you select Inkoop and what were the deciding factors?

Inkoop was able to quickly understand the complex business requirements and propose a number of potential solutions. They made themselves available to strategize and create a truly elegant solution for our customers.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

WordPress, javascript, Marketo, REST / SOAP API development. Custom pages and integration between Marketo to a client local database and web properties. Custom development to support styling and branding guidelines that we not possible as an out of the box solution. Prototypes were rapidly build, tested, developed, and deployed under budget and on time. Perfect!

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The outcome was a seamless customer experience in terms of interacting with the client's broader website and the hosted Marketo landing pages which were crucial to enterprise deployment.

Agile project management snapped into our own PM methodology. Communication was crisp and seamless in terms of identifying key priorities and shifting capacity when demands changed. Very efficient and flexible.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The speed and quality of the development tasks. They're brilliant developers who can quickly synthesize business requirements into working technical prototypes.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No.

I’m the CPO of an arts management system for nonprofit organizations.

What challenge were you trying to address with Inkoop?

They’re our main development team for our system.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The software is in constant development according to the needs of our partners. Inkoop takes in those requests and implements them in the software. They develop new models and tools as needed. 

What is the team composition?

We work with a team of about six. We have a front– and backend development, a UX resource, a person in charge of server management, and a few others. Inkoop will scale up or down depending on the workload.

How did you come to work with Inkoop?

Inkoop was working with my company before I joined. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent over $250,000 CAD (approximately $190,000 USD). 

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since January 2015.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’re happy with their work and the quality of their deliverables. Inkoop is a very professional team, and they always go the extra mile to support us. If we ever have any issues, they’re quick to remedy them.

How did Inkoop perform from a project management standpoint?

We use Jira and GitHub, which allow us to see metrics like response time and hours. They’re very responsive and always willing to work. Even though Inkoop is in a different time zone, they’re always available for us. 

We have tight deadlines, and we can always trust Inkoop will get the project done on time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Inkoop’s responsiveness is key for us. If we don’t have the answer to something, we know we can rely on them to help us quickly, which keeps us able to make big decisions. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing I can think of.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Try to be as clear as possible with the requirements. Even though Inkoop is very good at what they do, it always saves time to have a clear picture of what you need.

The teams responsiveness and how easy they are to work with. Extremely timely with responses and can understand the project goals and deliver. Very easy to work with and understanding of timeliness for launch.
