I am the business owner of The Garden Pod, and our goal is to create bespoke garden pods to meet client's need.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Ink Design was recommended by a friend and we are very satisfy with the service that was provided.

We had the initial discussion in relation to the our business planes. The logo was design, colors were set and the site map. From there mainly Ink design was completing the project.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

For this little project we were just three persons involved.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have a very good, professional online presence. Google ranking has increased significant, and great review from our clients as: 'good and fresh design' 'easy to navigate' etc.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective, as we handle to have all work completed in scheduled time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Designing a bespoke website that meets all my requirements, not just working off templates. Very good communication skills, taking in account all my suggestions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

From our point of view, everything is great as it is.
