Our role was to translate their creative concepts into an effective media strategy. When one tactic reached the limits of its potential, they quickly implemented another — always backing it up with data, never changing it just for the sake of change.

More descriptive feedback during the campaign (beyond the standard reports, which were always delivered on time) could have helped us better understand the current assumptions in real-time. However, when we asked for justification for the choices made, we always received a detailed explanation. Greater proactivity in this area would certainly be a plus.
