We took 1 month for discovery, where we reviewed history, current status, and major issues. We provided Infuy with a forward looking brief where we both aligned on SMART deliverables. Over the next 6-8 weeks we went through very detailed development. We tested and re-tested daily in TestFlight and Infuy incorporated our feedback in a very timely manor. Infuy overdelivered on expectations as we headed into user testing in late Feb.

Within 6-8 weeks we cleaned up 95% of the bugs and this allowed us to enter user testing confidently. We ran 10-15 very detailed user tests and garnered very meaningful insight that we are now actioning through further development over the next few months. The most empowering part of this partnership is there timely and detailed action, bug are fixed quickly and the right questions are asked to minimize spin and waste.

Our project manager was very professional, easy to talk to and had a good sense of humor. Communication was clear and concise. Developers were brought into the calls when first hand communication was critical to avoid miscommunication and maximize efficiency. We had weekly standing meetings and communicated on an ad hoc basis outside of this via email, slack and con calls.

They were very humble and exceptional listeners. Their level of knowledge is of the highest level and it shines through when its the right time. Because of their seniority level, they have ample resources and understand client communication and support, which allows them to confidently stand by their work.
