We needed help growing our brand positioning and awareness on Reddit.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Infrasity has helped us increase our brand visibility for LLMs by creating original content for priority keywords on Reddit and Quora. The team has also managed comments related to our product and brand. Infrasity has created posts, answers, questions, and comments. Infrasity has also created a content management dashboard for us to manage Reddit.

Infrasity has created original posts and content that have ranked in the top 10 search results for priority keywords.

How did Infrasity perform from a project management standpoint?

Infrasity manages projects proactively. Some alignment is needed at the start, but I like that they show proactiveness, respond fast, and adapt quickly. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Infrasity is constantly looking for ways to work more productively and be more optimized.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be great if Infrasity provided more insights, such as trend analysis, competitor monitoring, or a strategic approach with justification. We have a weekly performance review in place, but it was after prompting by us. The reporting could be more insightful, clear, and organized, as we see the project from a more holistic POV. Merely deliverables don’t mean much to us from a strategic POV. I’d love to see them work on this moving forward.

The scope of work for the collaboration between Terrateam and Infrasity involves the delivery of four detailed tech write-ups, each ranging from 1,500 to 3,000 words, on topics provided by either Terrateam or Infrasity. Infrasity will provide up to three follow-up revisions for each write-up based on feedback from Terrateam. The final content will be delivered in .md format and submitted using a PR-based workflow to facilitate structured review. Where necessary, infographics will be included to enhance the content. Each write-up must meet or exceed an SEO score of 85+ to ensure high visibility. The entire project must be completed within one month from the effective date of the agreement. Terrateam will provide feedback on submitted drafts within five business days, and Infrasity will revise and resubmit content within five business days after receiving feedback.

They consistently delivered all items on time, adhering to the agreed-upon deadlines and ensuring that the project stayed on schedule. Communication was seamless, and they were flexible in addressing any requests or revisions, which greatly contributed to a smooth and productive working relationship.
