My organization has a massive backlog of YouTube and instructional videos. I turned to Sufyan at InfraNext LLC for help in developing an AI-based approach.

His team reviewed my internal process as well as samples of descriptions and show notes. The procedure and prompts help me get more from transcripts.

They were able to recommend some tools, as well as workflow automation. Out of the box, the procedure provided cuts my post-production time in half.

Videos are now being made available to clients and subscribers faster. The procedures are clear enough for an assistant to take up this work easily. Once refined, it will be automated.
