For what projects/services did your company hire infosense AI?

Internal data science was lacking. To build the AI component of the platform that would have a neural network forecasting the likelihood of a certain car failing, we needed machine learning capabilities.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Based on their Clutch reviews, I had conversations with a couple vendors. I chose data root labs because of their strong data science and automotive industry knowledge, as well as their value proposition.

Our project's goal is to offer a service that estimates a car's likelihood of failing over the next 12 months based on its prior performance. For our solution, they created a machine learning AI model. A few of the capabilities were engineering the optimal variables for inference and standardising data from millions of records. They created, examined, and improved an algorithm.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We collaborated with a data scientist and an architect. Ivan (CTO and Co-Founder, Infosense AI) was my primary point of contact and was always available to answer calls and provide updates on our progress and what had been accomplished.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The model the team produced functions flawlessly and is seamlessly included into our complete solution.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They frequently replied to my emails within a few hours and took the initiative to deal with impending problems. The tasks at hand were clearly understood by both of my contacts. They were both excellent communicators and had outstanding work ethics.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

For starters, they delivered the model with higher accuracy levels than I had anticipated, which was a pleasant surprise. The data science team Ivan has assembled is especially strong. It is uncommon to come across data scientists that are proficient in the fields of AI and machine learning, can clearly explain the concepts, and are sufficiently aware of business practises to successfully apply them. Their efficiency in communicating, organization, and proactivity all caught my attention.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, I’m completely satisfied.

We hired Infosense AI to create a unique chatbot that can serve as an automated assistant for visitors to our website. For it to be able to handle requests, it required to be rule-based and able to learn from prior queries.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We could modify Infosense AI's good product to match our unique demands, and they also offered a reasonable pricing structure.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

They created a Javascript-based chatbot that could define and offer responses to users' inquiries. An existing website needed to be readily connected with this chatbot. It was also modified to fit the requirements of a helpdesk chat tool.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I mostly collaborated with a product manager who, if needed, brought in additional technical experts.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are able to make a chatbot available that perfectly meets our requirements. When necessary, we were able to customise and adjust the workflow. The business offered good customer service and was professional.
