I am part of the founding team of the consumer testing platform headquartered in Oslo, Norway

We wanted to scale up our platform for consumer testing which was in the MVP stage to include more broader features and enhancements.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have had the opportunity to work with few from Infonium Technologies during the initial MVP development stages and were really happy with their work in terms of quality and professionalism. This led us to choose Infonium Technologies as a natural partner when we wanted to further scale our platform.

We initially had a kick-off meeting with the team and shared our roadmap for the features that we wanted to add to the platform. Some of them are

• i. Adding new scenarios for consumer testing based on location
• ii. Optimising the platform engine
• iii. Payment engine integration
• iv. UX improvements
• v. Flutter2.0 migration We divided them into sprints and the team delivered on time and was always open for feedback and finding solutions to the problems encountered during the implementation. The team was very strong on React, Node.js, GraphQL and flutter and AWS technologies.

The team had four people. One flutter developer, one frontend developer and two backend developers. Project management role was handled by the frontend developer himself.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We conducted few consumer testing sessions on our platform partnering with businesses. And the team was very responsive during those periods when the tests were live to solve any issues. Also during the development sprints, the team was very effective in their communication, estimation, and deliveries.

We used slack for our communication, Jira for tasks and Google meets for our standup sessions. This worked pretty well for us. The team was very effective in communicating updates and progress on slack. Also on reaching out for inputs and suggestions as soon as the need arises. We had daily standups to share updates and it worked pretty well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The ownership they took for the tasks and building the platform that we wanted made us feel they were together with us in the journey. And they were very good in communication.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing in specific. We are looking forward for continued collaboration in the days to come.

I’m a senior business analyst at NourTek Solutions, a computer software company. We’re building a contractor portal where the big players in the US market can manage their ongoing contracts with subcontractors, certification, and approval process. It’s an insurance contract management tool that insurance companies or brokers or agents can use.

What challenge were you trying to address with Infonium Technologies?

We’re going into a brand update, and our internal design team isn’t skilled in creating the particular HTML features we needed, so we decided to get help from a third-party service.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Infonium Technologies is helping with website development, including implementing video animation in the background. They’ve also framed features that are available in the market, like being able to upload a video into the system.

There are 2–3 people we’re working with. We’re in contact with a project manager.

How did you come to work with Infonium Technologies?

Some of our colleagues had worked with them at a different company before. Infonium Technologies was able to work within our timeline while other companies were not able to. They also produced a demo to show us what the site would look like. After performing well on a small scope, we expanded the project.

We’ve spent $10,000 so far.

We’ve been working together since January 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Website traffic has increased because Infonium Technologies built something outside of the box. We like their work. Our website is kind of different, and it causes a person to want to look at it to see what’s available.

In the beginning, we listed out the features we wanted and the changes we needed, and Infonium Technologies has taken care of everything. We’re going to continue working with them.

How did Infonium Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

We created four different scopes at the outset and use Smartsheet to manage the flow. We’re able to add comments that help them make changes accordingly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Infonium Technology’s work fulfills our expectations. They never say that they won’t be able to deliver something. We set up timelines, and they usually deliver before the timeline. They are always available when we call them, even if it’s in the evening.

Are there any areas they could improve?

When we communicate through email, we have to track multiple emails, and that is a challenge. From a technology point of view, however, they’re doing great.

If you want something done on a tight timeline, then they’re your team.

We are a software company where we develop and iterate on different products, quickly launch them in the market - and look at scaling up those products that have good customer traction. We were looking for a tech vendor who could help us is quickly building out products and checking market response and that is when we reached out to Infonium

They designed and developed the entire product - in Nodejs with a Reactjs backened. There were weekly updates from the team which helped us be abreast of the state of the project and also be aware in case of any delays

We were able to get the product to market and scale within 3 months of beginning work - which helped us in quickly capturing customer feedback

The project management was good - with weekly updates . We used notion both as a product management tool and knowledge database which ensured everything was on the same page. We also used slack for internal communication - and the team was very responsive.

The testing was impeccable. We worked with a lot of vendors before who built things that broke regularly and there were multiple issues. However, in their case there were never any issues or bugs in the product

The price could have been something that could have been a bit lesser

We are the startup in a electronics panel manufacturing. We started our company in late 2019. We manufacture control panels that are used in factories to automate the manufacturing the process. I am the co-founder of Impel Engineers ( our company ).

We met the founder of Infonium Technologies, (Mr. Jasmin). He has 8 years of experience in creating web application. He had team of 3 at that time. All of them we creative and well experienced in web development field.

Since they were also a startup and we were also at our initial phase, the budget was little low. So you see, there were two deciding factors.

We needed to create a website. We did not had any design in mind. We also did not had any domain name and hosting server with us. So we needed everything from scratch. They bought domain name for us, bought a server to host the website.

They went step by step in design and development of the website. Every now and then, they show us the developed site and consult us for any changes. I am not a big technology guy but I think they used php and javascript.

There were 2 guys working for the website. One was designer and other was php developer. Both of them had around 6-7 years of experience.

The outcome is great. The website is really great. The way we wanted. They have done a great job.

They have managed the project very good. Every monday, we had a call describing the milestones of the week. Every end of the week, they show the progress of the week. We did not had any communication tools. We used WhatsApp and phone call.
