To increase the efficiency of our operation by accessing a team with high-quality HR services at a low cost.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We outsource part of our human resource work to the team. They mainly provide these services: candidate data entry, phone screening, and job profiling. They use our tools and platforms to do these tasks. They sometimes also support ad hoc tasks like, post jobs in recruitment channel, translate the CV. We pay monthly service fee based on headcounts.

what is the team composition?

There are 3-5 fte for candidate data entry. 1-2 fte for phone screening.

How did you come to work with the vendor?

We contacted with Infitecs business development team manager and have developed the business relationship for nearly 12 years. They are very reliable and professional. They meet all our requirement.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

As can be seen from our financial statements, contracting some businesses to Infitecs can indeed save our labor costs.

How did the vendor perform from a project management standpoint?

They perform very well. We use emails and phones to communicate every day. Our communication is very smooth.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team can do ad hoc tasks outstandingly.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We outsource part of our medical research work to the team. They mainly provide these services: advanced internet research, project management, reporting and language translation. They use google to do Internet research and excel to combine the data. They sometimes also support ad hoc tasks. We pay monthly service fee based on headcounts and volume.

One Account Manager, Four Team Leaders and 36 Operators.

We contacted with Infitecs business development team manager and have developed the business relationship for nearly 10 years. They were very reliable and professional partners who met all our requirements.
