The adoption of Claude AI significantly changed how the team allocated its design and development capacity. Before Claude AI, the team spent approximately 400 hours per month on UI production and 80 hours per month on UX, meaning around 83% of the design effort was focused on UI execution and only 17% on user experience.After introducing Claude AI, the UI effort decreased from 400 to 100 hours per month, a 75% reduction. At the same time, the UX effort increased from 80 to 320 hours per month, a 4x increase. As a result, the team's focus shifted from a 5:1 UI-to-UX ratio to a much more customer-oriented 1:3.2 UI-to-UX ratio.In practical terms, Claude AI helped save approximately 300 UI hours per month while enabling the team to redirect around 240 additional hours per month toward user research, product validation, and UX improvements — all without increasing the team size.Moreover, Claude AI also improved development speed by approximately 30%, helping us scale the application without scaling the engineering team. Over time, Claude AI became a core part of the application's logic and development workflow.Additionally, we saw an NPS growth from 65%–75%.

Phase 1 — R&D: Use case discovery and prioritization
They led workshops with clinical leadership, operations, and IT to identify a structured list of AI opportunities. What made this valuable was the scientific mindset: each use case was framed as a testable hypothesis with:
expected impact (time saved, quality uplift, cost reduction),

For one workflow, we needed stable, consistent classification based on local data patterns. Infinity built a custom model (traditional ML / fine-tuned approach depending on the dataset) to:
classify a specific category of incoming requests/events with higher reliability than generic LLM prompting,
provide predictable decision boundaries and easier monitoring,
integrate into our QA process with clear metrics.

They developed a tailored recruitment platform precisely aligned with our requirements in the hospitality sector. The solution includes a dedicated client portal for accessing candidate profiles, as well as a streamlined application process for candidates. A key differentiator is the integration of AI-driven agents, designed to support the onboarding process and maintain direct, efficient communication with candidates throughout their journey.

The project was managed with a high level of professionalism. A Project Manager was appointed early on, ensuring structured oversight and clear communication at every stage. The delivery was completed ahead of schedule, exceeding our expectations not only in terms of timeline but also in the quality and reliability of the final product.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We decided to fully digitalize our manual recruitment processes rather than relying on an external CRM system that would have required heavy customization and costly monthly fees. The in-house solution that was developed for us does exactly what we need, without unnecessary complexity.

The impact has been remarkable. Candidate onboardings have doubled thanks to the new application and the integration of AI Agents. Candidate profile completion rates increased from 38 percent to 91 percent, interview attendance improved by 25 percent, and both client response times and candidate selection processes have become significantly more efficient.

The AI Agents have effectively replaced the workload of four team members, reducing payroll costs and eliminating a large share of administrative tasks. Invoicing is now fully automated, ensuring timely issuance, reminders, and follow-ups without manual intervention.

We could not be more satisfied with the outcome and are very pleased to have chosen Alexander and his team to deliver this transformation.
