They developed a tailored recruitment platform precisely aligned with our requirements in the hospitality sector. The solution includes a dedicated client portal for accessing candidate profiles, as well as a streamlined application process for candidates. A key differentiator is the integration of AI-driven agents, designed to support the onboarding process and maintain direct, efficient communication with candidates throughout their journey.

The project was managed with a high level of professionalism. A Project Manager was appointed early on, ensuring structured oversight and clear communication at every stage. The delivery was completed ahead of schedule, exceeding our expectations not only in terms of timeline but also in the quality and reliability of the final product.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We decided to fully digitalize our manual recruitment processes rather than relying on an external CRM system that would have required heavy customization and costly monthly fees. The in-house solution that was developed for us does exactly what we need, without unnecessary complexity.

The impact has been remarkable. Candidate onboardings have doubled thanks to the new application and the integration of AI Agents. Candidate profile completion rates increased from 38 percent to 91 percent, interview attendance improved by 25 percent, and both client response times and candidate selection processes have become significantly more efficient.

The AI Agents have effectively replaced the workload of four team members, reducing payroll costs and eliminating a large share of administrative tasks. Invoicing is now fully automated, ensuring timely issuance, reminders, and follow-ups without manual intervention.

We could not be more satisfied with the outcome and are very pleased to have chosen Alexander and his team to deliver this transformation.

We were looking for an easy and convenient way to navigate our internal knowledge base. We had thousands of documents, materials, SharePoint and Confluence spaces, and numerous pages. Finding information was difficult, and cross-team collaboration was inefficient due to informational silos.

We needed a way to bring order to this chaos while ensuring that existing team processes remained intact. One of our partners mentioned that Infinity Technologies had successfully helped them using AI, so we asked them to do the same for us.

The team did a great job integrating multiple materials into a single chatbot interface, using Microsoft Teams as the chatbot environment and the Azure OpenAI stack as the backend.

It became a highly convenient toolset for all users searching for information.

Employee satisfaction has increased as the chatbot provides instant answers, reducing frustration and improving workflow. Operational costs have been reduced by minimizing the need for manual knowledge management and IT support, while AI-driven automation has helped eliminate inefficiencies and redundant work. The solution has also proven to be highly scalable, continuously learning and adapting to the organization’s needs.
