Infinity Technologies was engaged to design and implement a digital and cloud strategy. The approach included assessment of the existing IT landscape, digital strategy development, create digital transformation roadmap and align it with the strategic goals. Infinity Technologies managed to engage one CTO from similar company who helped to build a hybrid cloud architecture with robust security, and cost-efficiency. Legacy systems were planned to  migrate to cloud platforms ensuring minimal disruption to operations, and cloud governance frameworks were proposed to standardize practices across regions.

The outcomes included a 13% reduction in IT operational costs through optimized cloud infrastructure, improved scalability allowing rapid deployment of new projects globally, real-time analytics capabilities that boosted strategic decision-making, an enhanced cybersecurity posture with proactive threat management.
