We were looking for an easy and convenient way to navigate our internal knowledge base. We had thousands of documents, materials, SharePoint and Confluence spaces, and numerous pages. Finding information was difficult, and cross-team collaboration was inefficient due to informational silos.

We needed a way to bring order to this chaos while ensuring that existing team processes remained intact. One of our partners mentioned that Infinity Technologies had successfully helped them using AI, so we asked them to do the same for us.

The team did a great job integrating multiple materials into a single chatbot interface, using Microsoft Teams as the chatbot environment and the Azure OpenAI stack as the backend.

It became a highly convenient toolset for all users searching for information.

The implementation of an AI-powered chatbot for internal knowledge management has significantly improved productivity and efficiency across the organization. Employees now spend less time searching for information and can focus on high-value tasks, while seamless integration with SharePoint, Confluence, and other repositories has eliminated silos and enhanced cross-team collaboration. Decision-making has become more data-driven, with quick access to relevant, up-to-date information, and AI-powered insights providing valuable recommendations. The onboarding and training process has been streamlined, allowing new employees to quickly access policies, best practices, and documentation without relying on colleagues or support teams. Employee satisfaction has increased as the chatbot provides instant answers, reducing frustration and improving workflow. Operational costs have been reduced by minimizing the need for manual knowledge management and IT support, while AI-driven automation has helped eliminate inefficiencies and redundant work. The solution has also proven to be highly scalable, continuously learning and adapting to the organization’s needs. Additionally, data-driven insights from chatbot interactions have helped identify knowledge gaps, refine documentation, and optimize internal processes. As a result, the organization now operates with greater agility, improved knowledge accessibility, and a more efficient, connected workforce.

Infinity Technologies was engaged to design and implement a digital and cloud strategy. The approach included assessment of the existing IT landscape, digital strategy development, create digital transformation roadmap and align it with the strategic goals. Infinity Technologies managed to engage one CTO from similar company who helped to build a hybrid cloud architecture with robust security, and cost-efficiency. Legacy systems were planned to  migrate to cloud platforms ensuring minimal disruption to operations, and cloud governance frameworks were proposed to standardize practices across regions.
