We split a monolithic software into several microservices, of which several were migrated by the Linkchar team. The scope was the migration of the models, their corresponding database and the views in python corresponding to the newly migrated microservice, adjusting in the monolith the calls to those view models for the new endpoints created.

We have received different deliveries of value according to the planning of the work sprints. In each one, they have fulfilled what was expected regarding the functionalities and modules to be developed. 
The progress in time and form was adequate and aligned with our expectations.

Deliveries were on time and correctly managed by the PM on the Linkchar side, who in turn communicated with our internal PM at the company.

Linkchar was tasked with joining the Qaixa development team to work collaboratively on the development of a GovTech-type virtual wallet, based on Blockchain.

Specifically, it was intended for a city in Argentina, which needed to mitigate the impact of the price of public passenger transport. We worked with linkchar in an orderly and coordinated manner, in permanent interaction and under weekly sprints. It was a six-month job, which resulted in a very robust solution, with very user-friendly usability.

Linkchar adapted to Qaixa's way of working. Therefore, through coordination in Trello, the development progress was developed and hosted in GitLab. From this platform, the concrete and precise progress of the development entrusted to Linkchar could be verified, which was carried out with great professionalism.

The measurable result of progress in periodic partial deliveries in GitLab is the final measurable product resulting from the total development, the GovTech type blockchain virtual wallet that was implemented in a city in Argentina for use in public passenger transport.

Lynch behaved in a very professional manner, always responding in a timely manner to the agreed deadlines, and presenting a very efficient way of developing computer code. They responded appropriately to everything that was agreed upon and requested of them.

We were having problems with our container booking department. We work with multiple freight companies and the process was being done manually. In recent years, demand for containers has been increasing constantly so booking containers from freight companies have become exhausting and costly work. We were looking for a solution so we got in touch with several IT companies that provide business process automation.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We chose Linkchar because they managed to understand our problem perfectly and provided excellent possible solutions compatible with our structure and budget. Fluid communication was a very important factor.

They designed and coded a network of booking bots. One for each freight provider and with configuration parameters that allowed us to modify the bot's actions and provide specific client and cargo information. All of these run on a web platform for easy management.

The first phase of the project was the discovery phase in which the team analyzed each of our provider's platforms and evaluated the best tech stack to tackle the problem. After this, the next sprint was the design of the platform (ux/ui). Once this was approved, we divided the development into phases. First the coding of the bots, and then the supporting platform.

There were 5 people on the team, including 3 senior developers, a designer, and one of the founders as project management.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We received the project in the agreed timeline. This was a key requirement for us. We gave feedback before the last delivery and the team had the best predisposition with us. The automation gave our employees extra time and the increase in booking confirmations allowed our sales team to raise the montly sales.

Our first meeting was in person. It was our first experience with this kind of technologies solutions but Linkchar representatives were great at explaining technical details and possible solutions for our problem. After this, we continued with some quick meetings over Google Meet, and after the scope of the project was defined, our booking department maintained constant fluid communication through Slack. For process tracking, we used a Trello board.

One of the founders was involved in the project as a project manager. He assured us that we get a quality product and was in every detail of the project. He always listened to our doubts and understood perfectly our problems despite not having knowledge in our field.
