They select a few of our sites and give us quality content and we market that content on required websites chosen by the client. As I mentioned before, we have contact with the owner of the site so the projects are completed on time that's how we deliver projects.

Clients always give us the content and sometimes there are some changes from the blogger side so we mention it to our clients so they customized it according to our requirements.

I first hired Indigoextra more than ten years ago to create a website offering my services as an interfaith wedding celebrant. I wanted the site to look beautiful to capture the essence of how personal and sacred an interfaith marriage can be, and to utilise the archive of amazing photos I have access to from my wedding photographer husband.

Over the years Indigoextra have created two further fabulous websites for me, as well as upgrading my initial site to make it mobile friendly. They have also completed an SEO campaign for the group website scottishweddingceremony.co.uk for which me and my colleagues now rank on the first page of Google for 'Scottish Wedding', which we are all delighted with.

I compared several different web designers and selected Indigoextra as they offered a full service including web design, content writing and SEO. I'm not terrible technical myself so I really relied on Martin and his team to guide me. And when I spoke to Allison at Indigoextra, I felt that she immediately understood what I needed and really got me. The price was also extremely competitive and gave me huge value for money. I felt I could rely on them, and have done ever since.

The first website, gettingmarriedinscotland.org included a logo design, Drupal web design and SEO. Since then, they have upgraded the site and created scottishweddingceremony.co.uk which now provides details of 20 different interfaith ministers in Scotland.

They created an interface where ministers can login and add their own content and photos, helped write content for ministers following an online chat with them where this was required and optimised the site for several keywords. They also created a dedicated same sex LGBTQI+ wedding website site for me echoing the design of the first wedding website.

I worked with Allison their Art Director, and Martin their SEO Director. I know that Indigoextra also had a team they work with, who worked on the sites, but I don't know exactly how many people were involved on my particular projects.

Both GettingmarriedinScotland and Scottishweddingceremony websites now rank on the first page for a range of target keywords and form my main source of enquiries. The ministers featured on scottishweddingceremony.co.uk nearly always renew, which indicates they are also happy with both the service and the number of enquiries they receive.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I have always found Allison and Martin very responsive and helpful. We have communicated mostly by email, with the occasional call to define the specifications of a project or for me to give feedback on the web design.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I've been delighted with the attractive web and logo designs and their knowledge of SEO. Whenever I've had a question, I've always received a thorough no jargon answer and I'm delighted with how many enquiries come from the sites. I appreciate their honesty, kindness, and dedication to ensuring I'm a satisfied client.

I searched online for international SEO partners. I found Indigoextra in Google. We visit them to have a good chat about SEO. We decided to start working with them, cause of their knowlegde and quality work.

After the visit we decided to start working with them for the French market. We started with a project for 3 months. 3 years later we are still working with Indigoextra for the French market and also added the Spanish, Italian and German market.

What was the team composition?

Most of the times one of our online marketeers works with one of their project managers. This works great, cause the project manager arranges everything. Our marketeers just controls the work and gives feedback if necessary.

In the French market we growth from 0 to 30k+ traffic in 3 years, in a very competitive market.

Most of the times the workflow works good. We send them a planning every quarter. After that, they send us reports every month. Sometimes we have to give them some feedback, what takes a bid longer.

Most impresssive are definitely the knowledge and the quality of the links. They really know what they are talking about and always help us to find out difficult cases. We almost never worked with partners before who were able to deliver this quality for over 3 years.

Sometimes the mondly placements are not exactly as planned. It would be great if this could be improved.

What challenge were you trying to address with Indigoextra?

We were a new company and needed a vendor to help us design our logo and website, and then do marketing for us to attract customers across France.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We were targeting French customers all over France, but particularly in Paris. We needed an image that would appeal to both parents and children and give a lot of information about the English-learning environment that we provide. We gave them an open brief and they built our website in Drupal, helping us write the content. They made the website user-friendly, so I can upgrade it easily and quickly. In addition, they do SEO for us, identifying the keywords we need to target in English and in French. We worked closely with them on compiling a keyword list and they submitted suggestions, showing us how many searches were done for different keywords.

We have a blog and this year they will do guest blogging for us. They adapt to our needs and help us work on other tools: for example, they designed infographics, brochures, and leaflets for us, and a couple of months ago, they developed a new website.

They give us monthly reports showing the keyword rankings and we've seen significant improvements. Within six months, we were on first-page searches. The website content accurately captures the brand and the vision we had.

They have an all-around team, which is creative and extremely knowledgeable about Google requirements. Also, they're very honest with us.

I wasn't the most helpful person in terms of communication because sometimes I sent them 50 emails a day instead of just sending one. But they've been very patient and adaptable.

Indigoextra listened to my ideas and needs and designed a logo, website navigation/functionality to suit my various areas of my business. They helped me with content to include targeted keywords based on their research for what my potential customers would have searched for. They built links and manage the SEO for my site.

I have a website that ranks first on the first page for all four areas of my business in my town and county. WellBeingOne has grown from a fledging venture at the first date that the website went live to a succsesful business. My Chi Kung classes are full and my health therapy clinic has a constant stream of new clients discovering me from the website.

Indigoextra delivered on time. Our work together is ongoing. They have continued to respond rapidly to any changes or additions that have become necessary with design, CMS and SEO. As a sole-trading small business with no marketing know how, I am impressed that Indigoextra could provide everything for me. Discussing the visual look, a logo, content to the finished product of a website that is a high ranking presence on the internet, that translates into clients coming through my door. 

I am able to relax and get on with the practical delivery of my business knowing that they will take care of the marketing. They are also extremely approachable and able to explain in clear non jargon how the website and SEO work.
