They also digitized our entire paper-based records system, converting patient files, prescriptions, and lab reports into a structured digital repository with easy search and retrieval. The software was built on .NET and Windows Server, ensuring stability and compatibility with our existing infrastructure. Key deliverables included a responsive HMS dashboard, document scanning and indexing module, staff training, and post-deployment support. The system has significantly reduced paperwork and improved overall hospital efficiency.

Even when we requested multiple changes post-approval, he handled everything with patience and professionalism without any delays. It is rare to find a Co-Founder so personally invested in client success — Abhishek truly made us feel like a priority throughout the engagement.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Indigloo Softwares Private Limited could have done differently?

Honestly, there is very little to critique. If anything, we would love to see Indigloo develop a ready-made mobile app version of the HMS for patients in the future. But this is more of a wishlist than a complaint — the core deliverables exceeded our expectations completely.
