Sympla is a ticketing platform that connects people to unique experiences, market leader in Brazil. I'm a co-founder and ex-COO.

For what projects/services did your company hire Inclusion Cloud, and what were your goals?

We hired Inclusion Cloud for the development of iOS/Android apps that could handle event access control and ticket payment, tackling API development, and suggesting ways to optimize processes. The work was performed in React, Node js, and REST API.

The deliverables were fully functional apps (one iOS, one Android), to be used by event producers to handle the most essential jobs on their customer journeys, while on the go.

4 people were assigned: a project manager, an integration architect, an iOS developer and an Android developer.

The apps helped Sympla close a relevant gap for our main users, event producers, receiving great user feedback, and a 5-star rating in app stores.
