A Hoopla’s retail client launched their core ecommerce in the US and sourced a complex team to develop and improve this Magento platform. We were looking for a dedicated team to take over this project and meet our client’s complex needs.

We met multiple nearshore companies at first, but Inclusion Cloud showed they were the best fit for the circumstances as they showed the highest tech proficiency from the start.

The development team was responsible for building the whole experience, uploading over 5,000 products along with our client, making load tests, and working with Magento. On the other hand, the SEO experts worked on achieving Google’s top positions through technical improvements and keyword research and implementation.

A lead developer, two Magento developers, a project manager, and two SEO experts. We also had account and service managers with whom we met monthly and quarterly to discuss goals, perspectives, and performance of the project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

From delivering fast proposals for the specific positions we requested, to finishing the project on time. Inclusion ensured efficiency with great talent. The client was absolutely satisfied with the results, and so were we.

We talked with Pablo, our lead developer, as often as needed and communicated with him every day. The other team members were reached weekly or twice a week. We mostly used Slack and Jira to stay tuned.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The dedication of the whole team and their experience. They told us they have worked on big Magento ecommerces before, and as soon as we started they knew exactly where to go, and how to solve the main problems.

None. It was a pleasure to work with them.

From the SAP application, we achieved 100% automation in the inflation adjustment process and 100% traceability, which allows us to visualize the historical value of the purchasing power of the currency. With the implementation of the support service, we obtain the necessary accompaniment to be able to provide a process of continuous improvement to the business process.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have weekly meetings and monthly scheduled reviews. We use tools such as Jira for daily work, which Inclusion Cloud provides.

The supplier introduced himself to the company by showing his experience in other companies, and based on this, a first hiring experience was made. As the outsourced personnel added value to the work teams, both technologically and humanly, the company moved forward with more hires and recommended them to other areas of the company.

1. Billing system re-engineering project
2. Fraud prevention system re-engineering project.
3. In both projects Inclusion personnel joined from the beginning.
4. The stages the people went through were: functional and technical induction, knowledge transfer with new functional definitions, development, testing and implementation.

We provided Inclusion with the characteristics of the people we were looking for, both technical and personal. Inclusion conducted the first interviews to identify the best profiles. Red Link conducted a personal and technical interview, plus a test to check knowledge and experience. According to the result of this interview, Red Link's HR was asked to carry out the incorporation tasks with Inclusion's HR.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

The people we hired were subsequently incorporated by Red Link as permanent staff after the projects they carried out. One of the people today performs architectural tasks in the fraud prevention team. The fraud prevention system was transformed into a web application whose service was extended outside the company to its customers, previously it was an application for internal use. The billing system was re-structured and is currently being used as a new billing mechanism.

The new hires joined the already stable Red Link team and very quickly adapted to the work dynamics and relationship with the internal team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The potential candidates we received were incorporated, showing understanding and focus on our needs. The searches were accurate and effective without conducting too many interviews among numerous candidates.

Finally, 7 month later, the first version was presented, to implemen and adjust during a 3 month period were we could finally have everything running with great success

This implementation was very recent to have any measurable result to present, but we do have the feedback of our employees, and the experience of the management through the process, and everything was exeptional.

We put behind all the misinformation problems we had in terms of budget and project finance

It was a really personalized way of managing the project, and a particular way of making us push the boundaries to make time to develop this tools within the everyday problems of a company that is growing in very fast speed. We used slack, email and Teams to communicate,.

The way the whole company drove to satisfy a client's needs was impressive. It is not common to receive this kind of attention in all the process.

This allows us to have a technical and personal perspective of the professional. They share a selection, so that we can decide with which IT talent we move forward to be our ally within the project.

Inclusion Cloud allows us to achieve better results in our business objectives. They support our teams in the implementation of security architecture, reducing costs on a large scale.

Through daily calls, we corroborate that the objectives are being met in a timely manner. Every week, commercial and management meetings are held to obtain a specific follow-up of the project.

Try to understand and work integrated with customer needs. Speed up response times to these requirements. iE SAP Basis service, did not prosper, and was an important deal for Oracle ACS.

We were able to reduce cost production , authomation in our processes and make it more efficient; increassing the product quality, reducing the time for our providers payment.

Inclusion Cloud provided us with 3 resources so far: (2) C++ Senior Developer and (1) Software Quality Assurance (SQA). The selection process was fast.

Four need was raised, and in the course of 15 days the candidates to fill the vacancies were presented, the corresponding technical interviews were conducted and the hiring process was finalized. Inclusion Cloud establishes previous technical interviews to ensure the quality of the talent and at the end of the process they carry out the reviews to verify the soft skills of the candidate.

We were able to bridge the gap in the development of our products, thus reducing and improving the end-user's shopping experience.

Dailies were established for transparency and inspection of what was done so that the developments were as expected. To optimize the collaboration and performance of the team, check the work advanced since the last day and make monthly meetings with the commercial part to corroborate that the pre-established conditions are being fulfilled.

Dailies were established to generate spaces for transparency, inspection, optimization of collaboration and unemployment of the team in view of the work advanced since the last day and making a projection of the remaining work of the Sprint. Then we have monthly meetings with the commercial part to corroborate that the pre-established conditions are being fulfilled.
