We’ve worked with Impressive Digital Agency Digital across our SEO, SEM and overall digital marketing strategy, covering everything from technical SEO and on-site optimisation through to paid advertising, reporting and website performance improvements. 

We have been with them since the start of their business and to be honest, there’s a lot of digital agencies out there and we’ve had plenty of companies try pitch for our work over the years, but what stood out with Impressive Digital Agency was their honesty, transparency and the way they approached things. We never felt like we were being “sold to” or pushed into unnecessary directions just to increase spend. A big thing for us has been trust. They’ve actually helped ground us at times from veering into the wrong direction and have been very pragmatic with their advice based on experience, data and long-term thinking rather than just chasing short-term wins or trends. They’ve become more of a partner than just an agency. Easy to deal with, responsive, technically very strong and willing to have proper conversations around strategy, not just marketing buzzwords. Overall, very happy with the relationship and the work they’ve done with us so far.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

One of the biggest things for us was the  growth in leads without sacrificing quality. Before working together, we were probably getting around 20–30 genuine inbound leads a month through digital channels. Since then, that’s grown to well over 1,000+ enquiries a month across different campaigns and platforms.

What I appreciated though was that they never just chased numbers for the sake of making reports look good. A lot of agencies will pump traffic or low quality leads just to show “growth”, but Impressive Digital Agency were very focused on keeping leads relevant to our products, industry and actual customer base. They also did a huge amount of work around technical SEO, site structure and now more recently LLM/AI search optimisation, which has honestly shown positive results way quicker than I expected.

They were pushing us in that direction before most people were even talking about it seriously. We’ve also seen a big improvement in efficiency and CPL compared to industry averages. Ads, targeting and overall strategy feel far more refined now rather than just throwing money at campaigns and hoping something sticks. Probably the biggest thing though is confidence in direction. Digital marketing can become very noisy with everyone claiming to be an expert, but they’ve been very good at keeping us grounded, steering us away from bad decisions and focusing on long term growth rather than short term hype. Overall, it’s been a really positive relationship and they have also worked with our inhouse team really well!

Project management has been great. Very thorough, organised and easy to deal with. They follow up properly, keep things moving and communicate well rather than disappearing once campaigns are live. Deliverables have generally been on time and whenever we’ve needed support or changes, they’ve been very responsive. One thing I also respect is that they’re not just “yes people”  if they think we’re heading in the wrong direction, they’ll say it and explain why. Overall, they’ve felt more like an extension of our team than an external agency.

What impressed me most was that they have the setup and capability of a big agency, but still make you feel important as a client. You can actually pick up the phone, have a proper conversation and feel looked after rather than just being another number.

Honestly, nothing major comes to mind. Like any growing company there’s always small things that can be refined over time, but overall the experience has been very positive. They’ve been transparent, responsive and willing to adapt whenever needed, which is what matters most to us.

Project managment followed a detailed process. They were on time, as long as we completed our tasks when they were due. They accomidated us when we were late but it did push back the project (our fault). Impressive Digital Agency was very responsive to our requests and needs.

Yes. The Impressive Digital Agency team is very agile and works well under tight timelines as well as shifting priorities. The only delays we've experienced have been based on our brand internal team not having the correct answers/guidance within the project. However, even with a brand slowdown Impressive Digital Agency takes that time to offer new suggestions, strategies and optimizations to keep us moving forward.

Another key indication has been the increased traffic to the website and improved sales conversion rates from Facebook and Instagram ads could also be potential indicators of progress or success.

They ask thorough questions about your business to get the best possible understanding of how it works before creating their campaign brief and 3-month accelerator program. Initially, meetings are weekly to ensure all accounts are connected and tracking well. After each meeting, a summary is provided of all the KPIs for team members to hit before the next meeting. To date, I couldn't fault the Impressive Digital Agency team and I look forward to seeing more great results as Google Analytics and targeting continue to take shape. We all know this takes time to slip into the algorithm slipstream.

Impressive Digital Agency had their offices in our building, so had a chat with them and they put a proposal together which we compared to another agency we had briefed: we chose Impressive Digital Agency based on cost, cultural fit and the appointment of an Account manager who really understood our industry and its requirements.

Impressive Digital Agency quickly became an extension of our team, always appointing the best expert in each deliverable. SEO, SEM, Google ads, Social advertising, automation etc... We set up our Digital strategy which we would then review twice a year and adapt our action plan based on findings, results and industry best practices, alongside head office guidelines and recommendations, which they would always adapt to our home market.

Not only did we reach all KPIs, we exceeded them on a number of occasions.

Very effective workflow, initially we lacked regularity, but that was quickly addressed with regular wips and more specific meetings, eg. for the launch of a specific campaign.

The level of flexibility and how nimble they were to put in place new ideas or adapt our plan to meet new objectives.

More effective communication at the start of the project. Use of different GANT charts and calendars, would've preferred to set-up one document once and for all from the start and stick to it.
