From New Hardware and Software to Monthly Managed Services, they work with us quarterly to keep us up-to-date on what hardware and software needs replaced, discussion over security concerns and address any needs we may have. On a daily basis, we create tickets for any issues that arise and they respond usually within minutes to resolve any situation no matter how big or small. This is the BEST IT Company we have ever worked with. There is definite value in this type of business investment.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have implemented their services since 2017 with great outcomes in every situation. They have helped us advance our internal network, help keep us safe with the latest cyber technology, produce regular reports that monitor our hardware status, software and safety concerns and reports that show the tickets that have been processed allowing space to listen to our needs and proceed forward all in a timely manner that show they really care about our company and our employees.
