I’m the director of Bari Textile Mills (Pvt) Limited, a manufacturing company. We’re a third-generation manufacturer and exporter of textiles, supplying cotton and polyester products to global hospitality, healthcare, retail, automotive, and interior design sectors through extensive in-house production facilities.

What challenge were you trying to address with Impliway?

 We needed help streamlining our HR, accounting, sales, purchasing, and gate entry and exit processes on one platform.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Impliway has implemented Odoo ERP to support order tracking, inventory flow, subcontracted services, financial accounting, and employee payroll, all while offering complete project-level traceability.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with four teammates from Impliway.

How did you come to work with Impliway?

We found them through a referral. Their customer service was amazing, and they catered to every individual requirement of our company very well. Their service felt very personal, and we felt confident in their abilities.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in August 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

We’re still in the process of implementing the solution, but so far, Impliway has met all milestones on schedule, and our feedback has been very encouraging. The team has maintained strong communication and consistently high-quality deliverables.
