Website went from dull and boring, to bright, fast, informative, and useful. We are not a mega-site, so we wanted limited, manageable E-commerce, which was completed

Most responsive company of this type that we've ever dealt with.

After taking time to learn our needs and wants, development began. All items (website and revisions, along with e-commerce) were delivered within a reasonable time. Responses were friendly, professional, and timely. We made numerous revisions before going "live", none of which were an issue for Impact Techlab.

Everyone else wanted huge prices, while Impact Techlab made it affordable for us.

Friendly demeanor at all times. Very patient with our revisions, some of which could be considered "picky", but were necessary to present the best image of our company. Previous vendors tried to avoid revision.

To date, we haven't discovered anything that could have been done differently. No noted areas for improvement. As mentioned earlier, we were happy with our experience with Impact Techlab LLC.
