The scope of work included moving the Suncoast YMCA to a new template on the Open Y website platform. It was a multi-month process with many meetings and key deliverables along the way.

The availability and accessibility of the team when needed is very impressive. Everyone we have worked with - Samantha, Richard, Kylie, Purnima, Brent - developers - has been so easy to work with - patient, attentive, and kind.

Are there any areas for improvement or something ImageX could have done differently?

In the beginning, we went through a few AEs; it has been really nice to have had a single one for the past 2 years.

To rebuild and design a website for the school, as well as provide ongoing maintenance.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for drupal experts in the area of higher education websites.

Project required developing a drupal based website from scratch.

We worked with a lot of different team members over the years. Currently, project manager Travis.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

ImageX redesigned a large university school of engineering website, migrating an old Drupal site to an updated one. They also provide maintenance on the site.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Fairly good with the use of basecamp.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We're impressed with their responsiveness.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not have so much turnover in the beginning of our working together. Turnover rate has since seemed to stabilize.
