We needed a whole reconstruction of our website as we were hacked so needed to change everything and they also helped us improve our logo too and the branding as a whole. They also took the courtesy of arranging meetings with a company called Signly as we are a charity for the deaf community and introduced us to a more deaf friendly website which we are eternally grateful for! and as a bonus they provided us with a launch video for our social medias, which brought in a lot of traffic for us!

We have a faster website, a cleaner donating page which makes it easier for users to navigate and draw their attention to donating itself. We have no form of hacking or viruses that we can see. And overall a better structural website that is accessible for deaf people and higher traffic

We were using a space called Monday which helped organise everything - we could see when things were done or in progress, and through this we could see when they needed us to do something too which we could directly upload here. This made it a lot easier for both sides to communicate and navigate through this project.

Honestly, I've been sitting here a couple of minutes trying to think of any improvements and I can't think of a single thing. They did everything to the highest standard and it was executed perfectly and on time, if not earlier.

I could not have asked for a better company to work with. They were on the ball, understood my requirements, were creative thinkers, and set clear deadlines and project milestones that they delivered on.

They just got us! They understood what we wanted, and impressed us at every stage. The creative process was amazing, and I was blown away with the delivered project. They exceeded every expectation that I had.

Our website was outdated and we hired iirth to design a new one for us.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They are our neighbours, a lovely, hard working team. They showed us some of their work and we appointed them!

We were first presented with a diagram/ structure of the website. Following that there were a series of presentations looking at various aspects of the design. Once everything was signed off we prepared our content, which iirth enhanced and added to. They set up a Monday project so there was a very easy and clear line of communication and update on progress. They helped with the launch and made sure it all went smooth!

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with 4 of their team who had different roles, director, designer, photographer and operator.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our site traffics has increased, Google map viewing has increased, we got very good responses overall.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. We were kept in the know constantly, very good communications in person (we are neighbours after all!) and very prompt responses.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Very creative and professional approach to the project. They were very up-to-date with technologies that allowed easy communications between client and designer.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, nothing I can think of.

I’m the director of an online pharmacy service.

What challenge were you trying to address with The iirth Company?

We decided to develop a new website from scratch.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The iirth Company is in charge of the creative aspects, and they’ve created a special portal to allow doctors to log in on our backend. They’ve used WordPress and Figma for development.

What is the team composition?

We have four members on our team: a creative director, a CTO, and some developers.

How did you come to work with The iirth Company?

We initially wanted to go with The iirth Company on our first web development project. The first website didn’t fit our purpose, so we went back with them to develop this one.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about £18,000 (approximately $24,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in June 2020, and our relationship is ongoing. They still do iterations of our website.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We launched the website a few months ago, and it does exactly what we wanted. From our point of view, the project has been a success. Overall, we haven’t experienced bugs. We’re changing little bits and pieces as we go along, but that’s because we find new things to do for the website. 

How did The iirth Company perform from a project management standpoint?

The complexity increased as we got along, so the project got delayed, but it wasn’t their fault. Their communication and availability have been excellent. In general, they’ve done a great job.

We use Monday as a tool, and we communicate through WhatsApp, email, or phone.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It’s easy to work with them, and the team is very friendly and polite. Our working relationship is excellent.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They need to improve their time management. The delay was on both sides because we increased the scope, but it went on for a few additional months.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have a clear idea of what you want, but if you’re considering working with them, do it. They’re one of the best companies we’ve ever worked with. They go above and beyond their duty; I definitely recommend them.

We hired the Iirth Company to support us with a full brand refresh. Our previous brand did not match the quality or scope of work we undertook and we wanted a new brand to match what we did as well as our ambitions for the future. The new brand was to engage a wider audience, build our public profile and demonstrate the quality and impact of our work.

The Iirth Company is a very values-driven organization. They demonstrated a passion in what we do and the people we support and showed a commitment to come with us on our journey. They fully understood the need for accessibility across all the design work and demonstrated quality work in their designs and development which gave us great confidence.

The key tasks were the development of new brand guidelines, logo, and assets, a new responsive website, and brand assets for social channels. We also developed a number of videos to highlight our work for large events and other online marketing.

We worked with various members of their team for the individual tasks. We worked with the two Directors in the initial scoping work - and these remained available and supportive throughout. We worked with their creative team on the design of the website, the logo and the brand, their videographer/editor for the production of the videos.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The new brand and website have made noticeable improvements in our position within our sector and the public. We are now seen as a more professional entity, which has resulted in larger organizations approaching us to work with us - leading to greater income.

The project was managed in a professional way. The team is very approachable and communicative. Communication was rarely dropped and members of the senior team are always available to work through any challenges.

Their commitment to the project and the work. They quickly felt part of the team and really went with us on the journey.

Not really - very happy with the extra work and sacrifices they made at a very reasonable price
