We initiated a conversation with a sales representative from Ignite Digital to address the challenges we were facing. Subsequently, we completed an intake form providing details about our current clientele and target audience. The agency conducted thorough research and engaged in discussions with us regarding project-specific keywords and preferred development languages. Afterwards, we were introduced to an account manager who handled our website and analytics.
We granted them access, and they promptly began the process of cleaning our indexing, publishing content, and optimizing SEO. With their expertise, our landing pages were improved, and they are currently focused on enhancing the navigation menu. Furthermore, they are diligently working on optimizing the content across all of our pages.
Ignite Digital Marketing Agency also provided support for Google Ads. We went through an additional intake process to present our existing ads to them. They conducted A/B tests on our ads and continuously optimized them. Furthermore, they took the initiative to write ad copy themselves.

Ever since joining forces with Ignite Digital, there has been a remarkable improvement in the quality of our leads – something that holds utmost importance for us. No longer do we have to waste our time sifting through an endless sea of spam contacts who had no intention of hiring a custom software development shop. Now, we are attracting leads who are more likely to convert, allowing us to streamline our process and maximize our efficiency.

Our account manager, Megan, has been truly exceptional. She consistently maintains open lines of communication and is always readily available. Megan excels at providing accurate timeframes, promptly informing us of any delays or completing deliverables ahead of schedule.
Furthermore, she demonstrates transparency and offers valuable insights into the rationale behind their SEO and PPC strategies. Overall, Megan's expertise and dedication have greatly contributed to our success. We are immensely grateful for her outstanding performance and the positive impact she has had on our business.
