iglu Software Development has already shipped everything. I am currently using the products, and they still handle the maintenance. I intend to start a new project with them in the near future to improve the solutions with new features.

I really like the quality of iglu Software Development’s work. Before, I used to operate using spreadsheets and Google Forms. Now, everything I need is within these solutions. I know how hard it is to create something from scratch, so I’m really impressed with the quality of the work they’ve delivered. All of the bugs that have been reported are also relatively minor and have nothing to do with the solutions’ functionality.

iglu Software Development has performed well in terms of project management. I don’t like having a lot of meetings. At first, we had weekly meetings to discuss the progress of the project and tasks, but I asked them to do it once every two weeks instead. Additionally, they send me weekly reports with the status of their tasks and the percentages of tests that are completed and ones that have been delayed to maintain transparency, which works well for me.

Aside from the reports, I also have the option to keep track of their progress through a Jira board, and they have a system that identifies bugs and things that aren’t performing well. We typically communicate through Slack, WhatsApp, and email. Their communication has been very clear.

I would like to give a shout-out to the person who asked me to give them a review. Because I like their work and intend to do more projects with them, I would like to compliment them for the quality of their work, attention to my ideas and suggestions, and eagerness to go beyond the scope of their work to accommodate my requests without charging me extra.

What did you find most impressive about them?
iglu Software Development always treats me as a priority when I contact them. They always find a way to accommodate my needs and requests, and there has been nothing that I’ve asked for that they have said they couldn't do.

I’m the type of guy that likes to ask a lot of things during a project. I would’ve loved to have been more hands-on during the screen design phase. We tasked IGLU with building an e-commerce store that would securely keep our customers' information and data safe as they shop on our website in a timeframe of 5 weeks. 

During our work time with IGLU, we needed them to improve our clients' experience as they ordered jewelry and clothes. There had been some complaints from most GenZ’s that our website was not responding properly to their mobile and PC devices.

Initially, customers complained about experiencing downtime when shopping on our website, so we wanted to rectify this mistake and give them the best user experience.

In addition, while the security update is solid, providing a periodic check-in or security audit after the initial work would help ensure everything stays up-to-date and secure.

IGLU did a good job by updating our website's response speed, but there were instances when it would experience high traffic slowing it down. So we feel that focusing on peak performance during high-traffic hours would ensure our customers experience fast load times.
