Sincerely speaking, there's no area for improvement or anything done differently. They met our expectations, and everything was carried out smoothly. One issue was communication regarding minor updates. They did update us on every major concern, but we would have appreciated being kept in the loop about the smaller tasks. 

This wasn't a big deal, as they would respond any time we communicated. That said, they did a great job, and we were pleased with the results of their work.
