We work all over the world. But we had to decide on the main regions for promotion and successfully sell our software there. We also wanted to improve our current SEO positions in some regions.

A lot of work has been done: collection and analysis of semantics, in-depth analysis of competitors, 80% of technical errors on our sites were found and eliminated (the rest are in the process), link building, and content strategy were developed.

First, we recompiled semantics for different regions. Again, we launched Google ads, optimized landing pages, and developed a content strategy for the blog. At the same time, we began to fix technical errors on the site and made changes suggested by the UX specialist. We also revised and optimized old blog articles.

Two project managers (for Russian and English sites). And 4 more people (PPC specialist, SEO specialist, copywriter, content manager).

In the results of our work, we focus on organic traffic. It has grown by an average of 20% over the past six months across the three sites. Users come to our sites for targeted queries, so the traffic is definitely high-quality - both organic and paid.

The team is always in touch and ready to help (for example, they offer to take over part of the work if we do not have time to complete tasks), they give very detailed terms of reference. They are also ready to adapt to the client, for example, change the format of working documents and reports, as we see fit.

I was pleased with the competence of specialists, including project managers. Since I have been working in the IT field for about 8 years, I have come across different contractors.

It was very difficult to communicate with some of them - they seemed not to understand elementary things. Here we understand each other perfectly, that's why all tasks are solved quickly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Sometimes you want the guys to slow down)) Since we are a small company and we do not have many specialists to implement all the changes as quickly as we would like.

As clients we always want more, better, cheaper, I think the value this agency offers is quite decent.
