We did increase our organic traffic and website's authority, got an experience of awesome work communication and also learned some new analyzing tools.

From the beginning we set specifics as a “common language”. All communication was through Slack and email. Impressive was to watch what’s going on inside the task manager and how specialists with PMs were step by step growing our rank. Such detailed collaboration helped us to build a good workflow.

Definitely the CEO’s (Yulia Bilytska) and PM’s communication. They took the work of our project through their heart. It matters, because only if the agency learns and realizes the project’s speciality, work is gonna be productive and resultative. We selected Idea Agency based on their previous experience in a similar industry. Also their client-focused and proactive approach was one of our deciding factors.

We had a briefing session with Idea's CEO and Account Manager, where I shared main marketing & communication goals for BSG, discussed a target audience and available in-house resources.

After we defined a scope of work, we additionally briefed the team that was appointed to work for us on a regular basis. Idea Digital made a keyword research, using Ahrefs and other tools, did competition analysis and Google trends research.

Then they put together a semantic core for different language versions and drafted a SEO strategy that included step by step approach with a number of tactics that will be used to gain more and better organic traffic.

They gave inputs to our in-house copywriters and checked the content, helping to deliver it according to the requirements. Now even though our new website is still under development, the old website (which is currently online) is constantly getting up to 10-15% organic growth monthly.

Their level of involvement in our product and business and desire to learn and understand it even better.

The Agency mostly use already proven technics, but I think it can deliver even better results if they think out of box and take risk to offer something original, even if it is totally an experiment.

During the process, there might be different points of view, so try to trust Idea Digital Agency.  If this happens, you might want to test it out to see which option is better. If it’s possible, they’ll do your idea the way you see it. 

In general, it’s really important to talk to the project manager and the whole team about how your business works so every teammate understands the project they’re working on.
