I Cubes have transformed my basic template of a Wordpress site into a fully functioning membership site integrating PM Pro with its advanced Sponsored Group features and the LearnDash LMS to provide the courses. They have customised the entire site to look amazing and work really well.

Phase 1 is now complete and ready to receive our first memberships.The site looks great and is functioning really well. We are now moving onto executing Phase 2 with a few additional features.

I Cubes have done an absolutely amazing job. Their project management system and communication app has been great and really easy to track progress and ask questions. The project has taken slightly longer than initially estimated but the team have been working flat out on it and there have been lots of extra features and functionalities that have needed adding along the way so that is more my fault than theirs. 

Any changes and tweaks needed the team have always been online and have carried them out immediately . Communication has been amazing and I have really enjoyed working with the members of the team I have communicated with. They delivered anything I asked for, and I would definitely work with them again as and when I needed their expertise within the business.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Once I got used to their time difference/working hours I could always tell when they were online and they were so quick to respond to messages, queries and to action changes. They were really friendly when we chatted on zoom and really nice people to work with, nothing was too much trouble.

I’m the founder of a consulting company.

What challenge were you trying to address with iCubes?

We hired them for UX/UI design to develop an MVP.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We had a consultation phase where we discussed the project's scope and then broke down the specifications for the technical development of the UX/UI. We had back-and-forth iterative conversations about what each feature would have within the website that we’d showcase to the public. 

First, we discussed what we were looking for, and then they started to work on the project. They came back with a revision based on the description and created a spec sheet that went through the project's design and what everything would look like when it was published. Once we approved, they published the site on WordPress and integrated the third-party features we needed to market the product. 

iCubes provided a lot of guidance throughout the project on specific ideas to ensure that the website would be more efficient. They were also very informative about pulling technical data from API and the technical side behind the design components. They made sure everything was communicated effectively.  

Technologies included Figma and EnVision, and everything was delivered as a PDF.

On this project, we worked with a project manager, the owner of the company, a lead developer, and a designer.

We found them online; we chose to work with them because they communicated efficiently and were very patient. We were vetting a lot of different companies, but we decided to move forward with them.

We invested more than $20,000 with iCubes.

We started working together in 2017, and the engagement is ongoing because we continue working on projects.

They’re our go-to design and development team because they’re a one-stop shop. They can turn websites around quickly and transition those sites to be ready to launch applications off the frontend. 

How did iCubes perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very quick with their work, and if there's a hold-up, it’s always on our end because they work so fast. We communicate via Slack and Loom if I need to give specific instructions. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’ve been really good about letting us know why they do things the way they do and how those decisions will make our website better. They’re highly responsive and always professional. We’ve been loyal to them because they’re loyal and consistent for us. We would pin them as WordPress experts. 

They have a personal touch, and they’re patient. They listen, understand, and are honest about their work. They have a sense of humility, and we know we’re working with people we can trust. They always deliver high-quality work. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing we can come up with at this point.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have the initial conversation with them and be very specific about what you’re looking for in terms of deliverables. Be patient at the beginning so they can pick up on your communication style and understand how you think about projects. Be thorough until they get a grip on how you like to communicate about your projects.
