iClick managed our entire digital advertising strategy for our e-commerce company from start to finish.  They managed our google ads, targeting campaigns, fb ads, Bing ads and also became trusted members of our team.  Eric would help with some strategy and definitely were an asset that drove sales.

Also, they were very strong data-wise and created a data studio for us that was incredibly useful.  Eric also attended our directional strategy meetings to help us drive growth.

iClick is different.  They really are experts in their field of digital marketing. Moreover, their team possesses a rare old-fashioned work ethic and drive to get the job done that I've rarely experienced before. As a business owner, you not only want to hire real experts but also those with integrity who care about the work they do.

Their expertise in PPC management and commitment to continuous improvement have consistently delivered results, helping us grow our merch sales year after year. Eric takes on a handpicked list of clients and has hence been able to continue to work with us 1-1 without handing us down to his team members after signing us.

This is something we have seen him do consistently across the past 4 years and one of the core reasons we continue to work with him. His knowledge and dedication to keeping our ad accounts updated and ensuring that we dont ever get de-prioritized is what I love about him+ iClick advertising. That aside I understand that is also a recognized Google partner now which has given us early access to a bunch of Beta features on Google so that big plus as well.

We once saw one of our brands have a revenue spike that took the monthly numbers up 400%. He adopted a very unique Black Friday Strategy to get our make-up brands to receive nearly 8x paid traffic with no added cost with one of his beta feature early access invites.

Come to think of it, I think he has also been ensuring that our musician merch stores grow at least 8-10% in revenue every year. Its been very low effort to work with him because he makes it look very easy.

He has a dedicated account manager who stays on top of assigned works via Asana. But we have rarely had to deal with him personally because of our periodic interactions with Eric himself. Like I said, it's a small team and he takes on very few clients so he has a handle on everything we assign out.

That the founder continues to join calls even 4 years later even though his company has grown 4x or so in size in the past few years. He still personally attends key meetings and weighs in with his expertise. He also constantly helps us stay relevant in the market by adopting cool new features on Google ads

I would probably ask them to get an in-house designer so we can also get our creative video/image edits done through them. He has some great ideas that get lost in translation between him to our design team

We wanted to prepare a product marketing video for our exhibition in Las Vegas.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of work done?

iClick Advertising handled wireframing and compiled an AI-generated video with various transitions, sticking to the script provided by us. Most importantly, we wanted a 30-second video to capture the attention of anyone who visited our booth.

They delivered in just five days. Our visitors gave the video great reviews, which was a success for us. The video explained our entire business model in 30 seconds.
