We have been working with DmitryTech for almost a year now. Both complex projects in the field of web development and smaller adjustments, such as the responsiveness of websites, are reliably and professionally executed by the agency.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Nowadays it is not easy to find a reliable and, above all, professional agency. I came across Dmitrii through Google and since then I have handled almost all my projects with him and his team.

At the beginning, we had a very informative kickoff meeting to get to know each other and share expectations. Here I quickly noticed that Dmitrii is a highly motivated entrepreneur for whom the satisfaction of his customers comes first. Already during the first project everything went smoothly, as we proceeded in iterations based on the Lean Startup method. This way we made sure that the WordPress development was 100% in line with our ideas.

The websites we commissioned were rated extremely positively by all shareholders. This resulted in fast and efficient project execution.

Communication at DmitryTech is simple and effective. Complex issues are communicated via Zoom or Loom. Simpler instructions go out via mail. However, Dmitrii is broadly positioned in this respect and also offers communication via different chat programs.

The mix of friendliness, expertise and commitment really inspires us. No matter what request I make - Dmitrii usually gives me detailed feedback immediately and tries to implement my wishes.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There were several small misunderstandings on our first project that resulted in a 2 day delay. We clarified this circumstance in a final meeting. Since then, all projects run very structured and efficient.

I found Dmitrii Bilcenco on an outsourcing site and was immediately impressed by his thoroughness and professionalism. He was intrigued by the challenges of my website instead of being put off by them. While the job became much larger than he originally anticipated, Dmitrii never asked for more money. His integrity is above reproach.

At the end of the project, I was overjoyed with the outcome. I have a terrific site and it functions perfectly. Moreover, Dmitrii urged me to leave GoDaddy and move the site to another server, saving me hundreds of dollars a year in the process.

Dmitrii was extremely communicative throughout the process. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and was always happy to jump on a video call to cover my concerns in greater detail.

A lot of developers are not very personable. It seems to be the nature of those drawn to that sort of work. Dmitrii however is a very good-natured individual. He is sharp, direct, and very respectful. He is genuinely interested in making sure the client is happy rather than just making sure he gets paid.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing that comes to mind. I'm glad to have him as part of my team. Since completing my website, Dmitrii has worked on several other sites for me as well as for my clients whom I have referred to him.
