We have been able to accelerate project development without sacrificing quality or attention to detail thanks to HZF's addition to the Game Revenant development support team. In an industry that is changing so quickly, quick project feature turnaround is crucial, and Chaos Theory more than met that need.

The project entailed developing a fun, time-based game that tests players' ability to prepare delectable meals with premium cookware. In the virtual kitchen that serves as the game's setting, players have access to a variety of foodstuffs, culinary tools, and branded cookware. In order to help players improve their cooking abilities and learn new recipes, the game may also have a variety of cooking recipes that highlight the branded cookware.

The project includes such stages: concept creation design development testing cross-platform release. In order to make sure the game fulfilled the client's needs and vision, the HZF team worked directly with them. They gave regular updates on the stages of game development and made fresh suggestions for how to make the game better.

They revise the sketches in response to our input. Once everything appears to be in order, we proceed to the rendering stage. They submit the produced assets to us for evaluation, and we typically offer a single round of comments. They welcome any feedback and reply quite quickly.

We used to produce content in-house, but they've reduced the load on our pipeline. Handing over art production frees up time for us to concentrate on concepts.

Developing a fun instructional mobile game was the main goal of working with HZF. We envisioned a game where players may explore topics such as math problems and time-traveling historical teachings, all while having a great time. The game challenges are designed to adapt to your progress so that you constantly learn at the ideal speed.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We followed up with the teachers to see how the launch had gone. The response was extremely favorable. Numerous professors emphasized how the game increased students' interest in their studies. They expressed special gratitude for the dashboard feature, pointing out how easy it made monitoring student development. The actual high point? Finding out that kids enjoyed their homework sessions is unusual in and of itself.

HZF Gaming handled the project in a very different way. They broke the task up into manageable chunks, much like little projects inside larger ones. Perhaps they referred to them as "sprints"? It was interesting because at the end of each of these stages, they would show us what they had accomplished, solicit our input, and modify their plans for the following stage in light of our comments. 

We were able to regularly exchange our opinions and see improvement more frequently as a result. You know, it felt like a team effort. They delivered the products pretty much exactly on time. Things occasionally took a little longer than anticipated, but they kept us informed. 

A minor issue was the delay in their email responses. At times, we would have preferred it if HZF had responded to us a little sooner. However, when they did, they always took the time to fully understand our needs and addressed them.

HZF's patience and dedication to clear communication were among their best traits. They recognized that not everyone knew about the complexities of game creation or its technical terms. The fact that they continuously went above and above to explain things to us was really impressive. 

They went above and beyond simply outlining what they were doing to explain its significance and how it fit into the overall scheme of things. They made sure we were constantly in agreement, acting as though they were independent educators. Their capacity to translate and simplify difficult ideas made our collaboration easier and more fruitful. We felt respected, heard, and—above all—understood with HZF.

Even though we had a great experience with HZF generally, there were certain aspects of their strategy that they could have improved. Their email response speed was the most noticeable. For a job of size, prompt communication is essential. Sometimes we would email questions or comments and find that we have to wait longer than we thought to hear back.

The task scope encompasses the implementation of a user authentication system, as well as the design and development of multiple screens, such as the start splash screen, conversation screen for introduction, dialogue screens for triumph and failure, and player interactions including jumping, attacking, and navigating. The scope also includes URL redirection capabilities and customization options for dialogue screens and player attributes via PlayFab.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

On a budget, art had to look amazing. A range of players has to be accommodated and the gameplay should be fluid. Many customizations that were outside the purview of many vendors had to be fitted in. Along the way, these folks were really helpful and delivered the goods. Not only did they follow instructions, but they also made an effort to comprehend our objectives, provided knowledge that we lacked, and enabled us to surpass our targets. Much obliged.

They have excellent project management. The crew kept us informed at every stage and was very receptive to our inquiries. This included access to their project management platform, email, and online meetings. They were running a little behind schedule, but not by much. They produced a very good result. It simply takes a little longer at times.

Their capacity to guide you from your idea to your objective. Most businesses only take orders; they don't contribute to the vision. These folks listen carefully to what you want to achieve, offer advice, and assist you fill up any knowledge gaps. If we had given all the direction, we would have had an inferior result relative to what we have now; and we also spent many fewer hours on this project owing to them. Most businesses may benefit greatly from this. They seize control.

My single suggestion for enhancement was to simplify the process of displaying the high-level processes for rapid comprehension. The group is constantly looking for methods to get better. They are very understanding and have made it simpler to view an overview of the steps being taken to improve our quality of life. Such humility is uncommon.

The game was released on Google Play and we are now in the process of finding ways to advertise it and acquire new users.

Their impact was very positive. The agility and the speed of reaction on the changing requirements. They're flexible.

The project management was done by one of their PMs, but they would improve if they hired more people. We spoke in our native language. We communicated through Slack and ZOOM. They are also employing different tools like JIRA, Basecamp, and Asana. They are very good at using these tools.
