To develop an E-learning Platform for virtual classes, ease to learn/train, reach out to more range of people, go global.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The vendor was recommended by a client due to their good project execution and delivery.

The project started with a user story/brief, where the project vision and scope was determined. Epics and persona was developed, project evaluation of processes and current structure, suggestion for improvement and optimization, follow by the project/application design, implementation, testing and then deployment. Key deliverables/Done Criteria was to develop an E-Learing platform where student/participant can create a profile and have access to E-materials. Technology used was Wordpress

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked with 3 persons but only interfaced with the Project/Product Manager. Two other people were software engineers

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

It was a successful project and since it was launched in Dec 2020, we have seen an 100% growth in student enrolment and brand visibility

Their project management style is Agile methodology as I am an Agile coach myself.. this is one of the selection criteria and they were prompt to deliver

Their level of professionalism and delivering the highest business value first was impressive

Their retrospect stage must be taken with high value to constant improvement

I am the CEO of an Ed-tech company that aims to provide a digital platform to sell vocational training courses provided by skilled and experienced vocational trainers.

Hynstein is helping us to build our Ed-tech platform. The landing page has been concluded and published but the main platform is still under construction.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Hynstein was referred to us by a friend whose website was built by the company. Their diligence, adherence to specifications and deadlines, willingness, and innovative ideas have won our hearts.

This project has not been completed but the landing page they have delivered is amazing.

Currently, three members of team are interfacing with us. They are the product lead, project manager and customer relations officer

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The published landing page has helped us to start collating names and email addresses of people interested in our product. Also, as the project progresses, we are getting more convinced about the viability of our idea.

They always keep us informed about the progress of the project. Actually, we have a weekly meeting via Google Meet to apraise the work.

Their accessibility, quick response to inquiries and clear information about the progress of the project are what set them apart.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

For now, I happy with the way things are going and hope that it will continue.
