I'm the founder of a a strategic design, website and growth studio. We launch, refresh, and grow meaningful and dynamic brands through identity design, websites, UI/UX, SEO/SEM services, and more.

For what projects/services did your company hire HYA Media, and what were your goals?

Our team of developers specializes in Webflow and needed a trustworthy and professional Shopify team for a project. We found HYA Media through a creative network, and their past work on Shopify caught our attention right away.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After getting to know Peter and his team at HYA, I knew they were a great fit for this project. Their service offerings like eCommerce optimization and list growth were also large benefits for the client.

We had a kick-off meeting with the client after the designs were completed in Figma to make sure we understood their tech stack and requirements for the Shopify build. From there, the process was seamless. HYA worked with us through three rounds of revisions and we got the website out the door quickly.

Peter was our main point of contact for the whole project, he's the founder at HYA.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

In fact, we are currently scouting out a potential second project for the same client! The fitness startup is flourishing, and our client has received positive feedback about the website.

We used Figma, Google docs and Google Chat primarily.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their attention to detail, ability to animate in Shopify, and speed was impressive. Also, love the fact that they are a smaller shop.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None - HYA is our go-to Shopify development team and we're looking forward to the next project!

My goal was to create a website that effectively articulates the uniqueness and power of my brand.

After interviewing dozens of web designers, I decided to hire Peter and HYA Media due to their extensive web design experience and responsiveness.

Peter and HYA Media helped me build the website I've always wanted. After working with 2-3 (not so great) web designers in the past, I had my hesitations about finding a new designer. However, Pete has made this process effortless. From helping me concept ideas, to thinking through the UI/UX, and even helping me find images to use on the website, Peter has delivered the entire package.

What was the team composition?

Peter and his team have been great to work with. They are professional, friendly, and knowledgable. Whenever I need them, they are there. Essentially, everything you hope for in a web designer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are seeing a 60% increase in conversions with this new site. We are also seeing an improvement in bounce rates. This means are prospects are staying on the site longer, and converting at a higher rate! This is all due to a sleeker website that offers a better experience.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Extremely effective. It has super easy to work and communicate with their team.

We're amazed by their work ethic, experience, and responsiveness. They offer the full package!
