We are a large advertising agency that provides a full cycle of advertising services in the digital environment for major global brands. Our agency operates in the Russian market, an office in Moscow, the agency’s team consists of 100 people. I am a digital manager of an agency.

For what projects/services did your company hire Husky Jam?

Basically, these are promotional web projects for our clients, where serious technical expertise and experience are needed. Often these are projects using new complex technologies, such as augmented reality, artificial intelligence, chat bots or pattern recognition in photos and videos.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed to develop a web project that implements complex custom promo mechanics. To create the desired effect and virality of the advertising campaign, the project should include gluing videos for users on the fly, taking into account the user's personal settings and a unique video that was shot specifically for the user upon his request. Also, within the framework of the project, it was necessary to realize pattern recognition in photographs uploaded by users.

We already had a long experience of working with HuskyJam on other projects and were pleased with the results. Inside our team, there was an understanding that for such complex technical tasks we needed to contact our HuskyJam colleagues.

The HuskyJam team was responsible for the entire turnkey technical part of the project: specification of requirements, preparation of a project plan, preparation of project sprints, prioritization of tasks, layout and server programming of the project, installation and configuration of a server cluster, setting up an automatic deployment, real-time monitoring of system performance, support of the project during its active phase, testing of the project, setting up email and SMS communication chains with users, assistance in user support, consulting on I eat the technical aspects of the project.

What was the team composition?

The entire team from HuskyJam on the project is unknown to us. As part of the project implementation, all communication is built through the key staff of the project team at HuskyJam - the project manager and technical team leader. In addition, individual experts are involved in discussions when necessary (analysts, designers, system administrators and architects).

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Within the framework of the project, about 400,000 user applications were created and the corresponding number of video clips for users was generated. KPI of the project in terms of project work have been completed.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

"Management from HuskyJam was and is at a high level. All communication is usually carried out by means of chats in Telegram and correspondence in email. If necessary, telephone calls or Skype / Hangouts are used, personal meetings. Teamgantt or sometimes just Google Spreadsheets is used to keep project timings. For the most part, all project deadlines are respected. There are extremely rare situations where the deadlines for the implementation of tasks may be delayed, but this is usually associated with sharp changes in the marketing context of the project, user comments or new requirements coming from the level of high management of the company."

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The HuskyJam team was always quick to solve any problems when they arose. Often take on complex cases and tasks. We always know that we can rely on them in any situation and in any project regarding software development and complex software products.
