I am the Marketing Manager in the company. We are in the education sector.

We needed website design, development, social media marketing, and SEO services for our company.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online on various platforms and finally shortlisted their agency after checking their existing work.

After the initial meeting, the design process of our website was underway. Simultaneously work on Social Media Platforms was also started. Once the website design was finalized, website development was underway. The entire process was very smooth.

We worked with Account Manager and 2 executives.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our website was professionally designed and it generated close to 10,000 Organic traffic from their SEO work. With their design work, posting schedule, and Hashtags, we gathered close to 4,000 LinkedIn followers which has created a good brand presence.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

In the early stages, We communicated on a daily basis via Whatsapp which was very convenient to understand the progress of the project. Then we seamlessly transitioned into progress calls every two weeks.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were very impressed with the professional work ethic of the company. The process of understanding our expectations and researching the market in order to understand the trends in the industry was very impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The reporting was complex in the beginning. Once we told them that, they provided easy-to-understand reports for us.
