We partnered with Hued.me to develop a unique web application aimed at encouraging civic engagement. The concept allows users to act as a "president" of a chosen country and propose ideas for changes, which can then be liked, shared, or commented on by others. The experience is designed to feel like a social platform, with user profiles, country-specific stats, and a scrollable feed.

Hued.me handled the entire scope of the project – from the initial concept and UX design through development and deployment. They built the frontend, backend, implemented secure login mechanisms, managed the infrastructure, and supported the system post-launch with new features and ongoing maintenance.

Functioning prototype followed by live app launch.

They owned the project - most importantly.

We chose Hued.me for their deep technical expertise and strong product thinking but the best was they approached the project with ownership and creativity. Ideal setup when you personally need to multitask on other projects.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Hued.me could have done differently?

Managing expectations initially on changes to the project as we tested it. Personally should have expected I would be making more changes. Overall, we were very satisfied with the process and the outcomes.

• Rewriting the application from the old ASP.NET version to .NET Blazor technology and  executing a comprehensive migration of the system from on-premises infrastructure to the  Azure cloud platform.
• Implementing various new features into the system, including integration with external  systems and different Azure cloud components that enriches the application's functionality.
• Maintaining development, testing, and production environments while establishing a CI/CD  pipeline for automation.
• Designing and developing a promotional website from scratch for showcasing the product.

We follow an agile methodology, ensuring that our progress is swiftly visible through frequent  deployments to both the production system and immediate client usage. This is our measure for  success: delivering new features on schedule while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Yes, we manage the project collaboratively, maintaining daily communication, and convening  synchronizing meetings twice a week. Together, we work to evolve our project management  process to align with our current requirements. We stay constantly informed about all deadlines,  and whenever something is expected to take longer than initially planned, we receive timely  notifications. We have complete trust in Hued.me’s ability to deliver on time.

Hued.me, as one of the few external companies we collaborate with, bears a profound sense of responsibility for the product we're crafting together. Hued.me is not merely a subcontractor but a true collaborator who can draw our attention to potential improvements. When our plans aren't perfect, they offer guidance and valuable advice. Our communication with them is  exceptional, and they are consistently available whenever we need their assistance.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Hued.me could have done differently?

We are continuously refining our tasks billing methods and closely monitoring our ongoing work.  There is certainly room for improvement in these areas, but we are working together on these  aspects and moving in the right direction.

Delivery of a web application supporting business processes. The application's task is to assist in generating final reports for clients. Employees receive multiple forms offering templates to fill out, based on which report sections are generated. The entire application integrates with the CVE Database to provide the latest vulnerabilities to the employee in a convenient manner.

Thee cooperation with Hued.me started with assistance in internal affairs within our company. Despite project successes, we had ongoing issues with organization, project planning, and high employee turnover, without understanding the underlying causes. We liked Hued.me's approach of attentively listening to our problems and getting to know our company before proposing solutions. Qualitative research revealed that many of the company's issues stemmed from high employee stress, distance and poor relations between employees and management, and a lack of integration among us. 

Employees appreciated having someone to talk to about their problems and areas for improvement, as there was previously no space for that. During our collaboration, Hued.me was able to adapt and respond to our needs in real-time. In addition to internal communication matters, we decided to extend our collaboration to include IT, social media, and HR. We are now much more at ease, knowing that we have a reliable partner who can assist us on multiple fronts.

Our collaboration with Hued.me began with a meeting and a discussion about my vision and needs. They then started working on my personal brand, which I had previously managed on social media by myself. In addition to thorough market research, they provided me with cohesive communication and designed a strategy for how I should manage my media presence. Furthermore, they also took care of my blog. Initially, they would proofread what I had written in terms of language, but now they also help me put my thoughts on paper and then publish the finished articles on my channels.

I don't have to worry about my social media, everything is being taken care of according to the plan. There is time for consultations. I am well taken care of and can focus on professional matters.
