We were trying to redesign and redevelop our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Hub Resolution Private Limited developed our website on HubSpot CMS from scratch and made it live. The scope was to create the website because the design and the software were in-house. It was a 15-page project for the website where we provided the Figma design, and their team helped us develop the platform. They were also in charge of making any changes and optimizing the pages for speed.

Currently. they continue doing extra coding and other basic optimizations on the website.

What is the team composition?

We work with two people from their team, but our main point of contact is Neel (Owner).

How did you come to work with Hub Resolution Private Limited?

They provided web development services for a marketing agency we were working with, so I decided to reach out to them and go down to business.

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent around $8,500 with them so far.

What is the status of the engagement?

Our partnership began in February 2022, and the project is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I give them 10/10 in terms of speed of delivery and 9/10 regarding the quality of their deliverables.

How did Hub Resolution Private Limited perform from a project management standpoint?

The pace of their work is excellent; we're running on a very short cycle for the first phase as we're working concurrently with design work and development. Regarding tools and communication, we're using Google Sheets to track the project's progress and Zoom and phone calls to keep everyone updated.

What did you find most impressive about them?

There are a lot of personal touches, and I can reach out to them anytime; they work day and night and over the weekends to get everything done for us, and I think that distinguishes them from other providers.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They've missed a couple of things related to quality because they haven't had a very focused approach to the QA post-development website.

Any advice for potential customers?

Ensure you work with them through each step of the project. Have a QA analyst from your end do testing on the website because sometimes they miss some basic details.
