HSP Group has collaborated with us to establish and support its global mobility, international payroll, and international financial operations. Deliverables included the implementation of payroll processes tailored to meet the needs of a multinational workforce and financial operations to improve invoice processing, vendor management, and financial reporting for its foreign entities. These efforts collectively aimed to reduce administrative burden, ensure regulatory adherence, and enhance operational efficiency for West Monroe’s global operations.

HSP's project management has, overall, been very solid. While there were some initial hiccups and a few small issues along the way, the HSP team has always worked to provide the best solutions possible and address any concerns.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive aspect of HSP Group has been the scope of countries they can support. While the broad support has not necessarily applied to our needs, HSP has been able to provide guidance on geographies that have been under consideration by our company for various reasons.

As mentioned previously, there have been a few issues along the way, but HSP has been good about addressing any issues that we bring to them as clients.
