For what projects/services did your company hire A-HR?

We started a collaboration with A-HR back in 2017. We were looking for a trusted partner capable to support our active growth by selecting the best talents with appropriate tech and soft skills. Since then, A-HR helped to find great talents, including the most demanding ones for the HR team.

Also, A-HR supported the company’s massive scale-up in 2020-2021. The hybrid model of dedicated recruiters and outsourced recruitment was selected, and it proved to be an efficient model of collaboration. Over 30 challenging positions were closed through outsourced recruitment and more - with the support of dedicated A-HR recruiters working on our side.

Key success factors:

• we established transparent and close collaboration on all levels, especially between hiring managers and A-HR recruitment leads;
• outstanding flexibility in customization of the processes ensured the efficiency of the selection process.

Our HR director held a number of consultations with a specialist from A-HR and this allowed us to significantly improve the recruitment processes. They also consulted our CTO and Head of Sales.

The consultations were necessary to improve and optimize business processes in our company. Gaining new experience from A-HR specialists in HR aria. The second step was assistance in closing unique positions in our company. A-XP specialists did an excellent job and we found the necessary people as soon as possible.
