• There is a natural 3-month learning curve for these tools, so more measurable outcomes in the future

Everything was delivered on time beside some minor tasks that were delayed due to the features being very very brand new. Other than that, our Clay consultant was very responsive and helpful.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to prospect and enrich data at scale was impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something HowtouseClay.com could have done differently?

Clay is very complicated. Instead of a 4 week implementation project, I think it should be longer (6-8 weeks). By the time the implementation timeline comes to an end, there is still a lot of learning happening, so the additonal time would be helpful to get everything fully up and running.

HowtouseClay developed a cold email outreach system for Platform Creator and coached us on how to get it set up and make it successful. With HowtouseClay's help we launched a system that consistently reaches the right people with the right offers, leading to a significant influx of qualified leads.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We launched a system that consistently reaches the right people with the right offers, leading to a significant influx of qualified leads. We now have a cold email outreach system that we've used to target a variety of different personas. The ROI is at least a 5:1 but expect it to be a 10 or 15:1 over time.

The project management was delivered on time and they were very responsive to my needs.
