This is my personal website for my work as a content creator for the film/TV industry.

For what projects/services did your company hire House of Giants, and what were your goals?

I was in need of an updated website that showed the world who I am and want to be as an artist in the motion picture medium. I needed a partner who could help me define and translate my aesthetic into a website so that anyone looking at my body of work and its presentation would know what I'm about as a storyteller.

How did you select House of Giants and what were the deciding factors?

I was referred by a colleague and rom our very first call I immediately dug the House of Giants team. They got excited by the challenge and brought so many cool ideas and energy to the process, I knew I was making a great choice.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss goals and objectives. They brought to our next meeting a host of ideas and inspirations based on our conversation. Also they took the time to watch my films to really understand who I am as an artist. This was incorporated into design process.

I'm not a techie, but I know they got to experiment with lots of cool programs to figure out the best way to add motion to the site to give the feel of film. Then we tested and launched on time.

I worked closely with the principals and graphic designer throughout the process.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I was thrilled with the design! It's cool, artistic, and a wonderful showcase for my work. I've gotten lots of great feedback and interest in my work.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

They were totally on top of this project. The project manager / principal laid out the timeline, made sure each step of the process was clearly communicated, and that deadlines were met.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was most impressed with how seriously they took my ideas and incorporated them into their awesome design ability. They wanted to push the envelope and they did, all in the service of what I needed. This personal investment in our collaborative work is so rare and beautiful, it's inspiring.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly no. They were a dream to work with.

I'm the administrator at a nationwide nanny agency, catering to specialized searches for nannies, private educators, newborn care specialists, and other household staff.

For what projects/services did your company hire House of Giants?

House of Giants has worked with us on our website design for the last few years. They've done all types of services from major page overhauls and redesigns to detailed coding edits as well as data and domain management.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

This vendor was selected before I started working at the company, but the House of Giant's team's professionalism and quick communication make it a no-brainer to work with them.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

As this is ongoing work the stages of our projects together change and morph constantly. In general it begins with some sort of initiation with a request, proceeds with stages of proposed solutions and edits, and then pushing the final product live and ensuring that it is working properly.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We have worked mainly with Kelly Bleck (co-owner and developer) along with Megan Stark who assists with communications around requests.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We reorganized our job board by position type and implemented new filtering features that allow our candidates to easily locate the positions they want to apply for, improving the experience for candidates using our site and increasing our number of applications for each position.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our workflow together is easy, fast, and streamlined. We are nearly always able to resolve requests over just a few emails which our team greatly appreciates so we have more time to dedicate elsewhere.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to learn and decipher what our needs are based on our industry, webpage standards, and our actual request is exceptional. The House of Giants team often comes up with solutions and ideas for our site before we've even thought of them and we are grateful for their insights!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not from my perspective, we have always been exceptionally pleased with their work.

I am the owner of an artist management firm.

For what projects/services did your company hire House of Giants?

I have a musical artist that needed a fresh new website to not only recognize his body of work but also highlight a significant new project/album release.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I have a friend within the company and given their typical large-scale projects, I didn't think we could utilize their services for a much smaller project. After speaking with them, our site idea piqued their interest and they offered to scale down to meet our needs.

After an introductory meeting in which my team offered a brief overview of what we were looking for as well as existing assets related to my artist's brand and vision, House of Giants prepared a lookbook and rough site page examples of how they envisioned our idea. They hit the nail on the head and further pushed our vision while presenting us with multiple artistic directions that all encompassed our brand. We supplied more tangible assets and slight verbiage changes to meet my artist's needs and within a few more meetings, we had a completed site ready to launch.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We had their entire team on every single call. This ranged from the owners to code writers, an art designer, and the project manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I have an artist that had a very specific vision and I was afraid a design team would either not represent, or not understand that vision. House of Giants took our vision and excessively changed it all for the better while keeping our foundational ideas intact. House of Giants pushed our vision because we are not a website or web design company and they understood our trust in their ability to bring us a site with tools and interactivity that we didn't know existed.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very. Their project manager ensured all teams were meeting deadlines with gentle reminders throughout and always scheduled calls the moment any major turning points needed all hands on deck.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their organization and ability to present a site in which we had minimal (if any) edits. As mentioned earlier, my artist who owns the site is very specific in his vision, needs and we presented our ideas to House of Giants. They presented a site that essentially was nothing like we envisioned, but was everything we didn't know we wanted. They even took the time for in-depth research before calls which proved to me they understood the history and path. We never had any issue communicating our desires to this team, which to me, is very rare.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Absolutely zero.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO of Pebble Spaces, a company that builds access systems for meeting pods to make them bookable and monetizable in hotels, convention centers, and airports.

What challenge were you trying to address with House of Giants?

We hired House of Giants to rebuild our access system with a real-time database that connected to our third-party hardware suppliers' API endpoints and a dashboard for fleet management.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

House of Giants has handed us a turnkey system that we can deploy into enterprise-level environments. The system includes a full stack, integrations into third-party hardware APIs, and a dashboard.

What is the team composition?

We work with 2–5 teammates from House of Giants.

How did you come to work with House of Giants?

Someone referred House of Giants to me. I chose them over other options because they had high ratings, a great culture fit, good value for the cost, and aligned company values.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with House of Giants in November 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have weekly meetings with a demo of what House of Giants has built in the previous week. The scope was predetermined ahead of time with milestones.

How did House of Giants perform from a project management standpoint?

House of Giants has delivered on time. We communicate via virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed by House of Giants’ ability to manage ongoing edge cases.
