What was the scope of their involvement?

HopperCat has helped us with a website update, ads, designs, and graphics for an exhibition booth. The team has redesigned and rearchitected our website, created new Google Ads campaigns, and designed ads and formats. HopperCat has also designed and sent email campaigns through Zoho Campaigns and adapted our image and graphics for our exhibition booth, including vinyl design, hanging displays, and product display boxes. Additionally, the team has designed a tri-fold brochure.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

HopperCat has delivered strong improvements across our digital presence, advertising, branding, and marketing materials. Key outcomes include more leads from digital advertising through new Google Ads campaigns, updated ad designs, and new formats; a stronger digital presence through the redesign and new architecture of our website, creating a more modern, professional, and user-friendly experience; and positive customer feedback following branding updates and refreshed visual communications.

Moreover, HopperCat has innovated in traditional marketing, combining more creative approaches with digital strategies to make our communications more engaging; delivered more consistent marketing communications through Zoho Campaigns, including new email designs and campaigns; and created a stronger exhibition presence through the complete design of our expo stand, including vinyl graphics, hanging displays, product display boxes, and other visual elements. The team has also improved our sales collateral, including a new tri-fold brochure and supporting graphics.

Overall, I’m very happy with the results. HopperCat has helped us modernize our marketing, strengthen our brand, generate more leads, and create a much more consistent and professional presence across digital and traditional channels. We’ve gotten better leads recently, with real interest in our products.

Whenever they encounter a problem or anticipate any potential delay, they communicate it to us in advance, explain the situation, and work quickly to resolve it. Their communication and responsiveness have given us a lot of confidence in the process.

What did you find most impressive about them?

HopperCat’s ability to bring fresh and creative ideas while still listening carefully to us is impressive. They make thoughtful recommendations but never push their ideas if we want to take a different direction. The team is very flexible and respectful of our input.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’m more than happy with their work. We’ve been working with HopperCat for so many years, which says a lot about how satisfied we are with them. I don’t have any major suggestions for improvement.
