• We wanted to build an internal asset management system for our 3D Art works and other tangible assets. The system would have a centralized database or library where all 3D assets such as models, textures, materials, and animations are stored and organized. Each asset would have a unique identifier and metadata such as tags, descriptions, and version numbers, which can be used to search and filter for specific art work.

• Define project goals: HOPEE defined the goals and objectives of the asset management system for Glenda. This includes organizing, tracking, and sharing 3D assets, improving efficiency and productivity, and reducing errors and redundancies.
• Gather requirements: Next, HOPEE gathered requirements from stakeholders such as artists, project managers, and other key team members.
• Choose a platform: HOPEE chose a platform to create the software Design the system: With the platform in mind, developers outlined and designed the system architecture, workflows, and user interfaces (UI). This involves creating wireframes, user stories, and other design documentation.

• Reduced errors and redundancies: The AAMS helps to reduce errors and redundancies in the 3D asset creation process. This can be measured by tracking the number of errors and redundancies before and after the system is implemented.
