Based on our brief for each month or season, the Agency prepares media plan, content calendar and ads for Facebook and Google ads platform. They provides us with regular reports and recommendations for the optimisation and improvements of our campaigns.

At the regular basis I am collaborating with Account executive, Graphic designer and Digital account manager, but quite often there are also Digital Advertising Executive, Google expert and Digital performance manager.

As I have mentioned before, since we are quite satisfied with our collaboration and results - we decided to extend the contract and include more markets in the project. For example, ​​after the first four months of the awareness campaign, awareness campaign impact on the increase in sales by 15%. Viewed individually, those increases were 20% for the antifreeze category or 7% for Adeco motor oils.

The communication is very good, agency team is always open for discussion and agile. They are responsible, always on time, respectful of the deadlines, and have quick response times. In general - our cooperation is smooth and easy.

Our partners from various EMEA markets use the content that the agency provides for their own communication channels. Besides regular monthly content that drives interactions and raises awareness on Facebook and Linkedin platforms, here are some additional results for project-based activities:

• Our awareness and brand image in the European market on social media channels is at higher level, for example - we generated almost 40M views of our GIF stickers within one year, the YouTube view rate is over 70%, and organic metrics are getting better and better.
• The relationship with the mechanics, our important stakeholders became stronger and better, as we included them to be protagonists in our Mechanics’ Month campaign
• As for lead generation, our sales team is very satisfied with the number and quality of the leads they receive from LinkedIn campaigns, etc.

Homepage is a professional team of well-organized experts who can handle multiple projects at the same time. Although we have a lot of projects in the pipeline, rarely happens that the deadlines were not met. Everything ran smoothly. Day-to-day communication was mainly held on e-mail, and as for content approval we used Google Drive. If we had any questions, our account manager responded promptly and adequately. Each piece of advice and remarks they gave us were very useful. After the strategy, the Agency began with the implementation of the strategy which at the moment lasts 3 months. Very soon we achieved first tangible results. Some of the suggestions in the strategy initiated changes and improvements of the newsletter communication and design, which provided 20 percent more transactions in the first half of the month compared to the newsletter from the previous month. Also, during 3 months period, the Agency managed to improve and build relationship with our online community using engaging and relevant content. Besides improved engagement rate, our community is growing every day which we can see by the number of new followers on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

The strategy development process was very interactive between us and the agency, from the first meeting: they sent us detailed questionnaire which we went through together. This activity was important for both sides: for us to get to know the way the Agency thinks and works, and for them to collect relevant information in order to get to know us, our business, challenges and goals. Later on, they started with the analyses and presented us the insights and suggestions for further steps. After our approval of initial suggestions, the Agency proceeded with strategy development which they presented several weeks later. Even though the deadline was challenging, Homepage managed to deliver the document accordingly.

Readiness to jump in the new field - world of cryptocurrencies. Simple and professional communication. Their flexibility, responsiveness, and proactive approach have been impressive.
