About the Project

Tarkett is a global leader in cutting-edge flooring solutions and sports surfaces. A wide range of products, constant innovations, and dedication to excellence are key factors of its success. Their work was an inspiration for us when we were creating their digital content for the need of Tarkett’s Serbian

office.

Solution

In order to display a wide range of products, their superb characteristics, and design, we created social media posts with vivid images, illustrations, GIFs, infographics, and carousels to tell Tarkett’s story through Facebook. Instagram was another enjoyment for us – the beauty of the products allowed us to transfer the message to the followers using slideshows, plane pictures, and MP4s.

Voguishly created, Tarkett newsletters are made to inform and delight precise target group with new products, modern designers or some specific characteristics highlighted by our client. Smartly planned, these newsletters encourage recipients to explore more of the Tarkett’s offer by simply clicking different parts of the newsletter.

Roma Educational Fund branding project was a real challenge for our team. It’s not the same when working with a business and an NGO working with an entire culture, tradition, and its members.

Challenge

Our job was to pack many different, yet important

pieces of information in a clean design and a user-friendly approach to all of them.

Solution

During the process, we managed to create visual content in a clear, uniform and consistent manner. The unique design reflects our vision or Fund’s mission and a message they want to communicate. The stepping stone of the project was to create a successful content strategy which will comprehend all important activities of the organization. The old, and not very conventional website was transformed into a welcoming and user-friendly platform, easy to navigate and to present important information. The last segment was designing an annual report displaying every organization’s dealings and ventures.

About the Project

Varis Clinic came to us with a wish to promote the service of laser vein surgery. Having in mind that the clinic possesses expertise, knowledge, competitive prices and state-of-the-art medical equipment, it was necessary to find the right way to present these advantages to the target group. The ultimate goal for success is the increased number of sold

surgeries.

Solution

As a first step, we have explored the market potential and the best practice examples within the industry. We have then analyzed the needs and characteristics of the target group. After that, we have intersected reached conclusions with the trends of digital communication, and as a result, created the campaign which combined several elements, focused only on the sale of the service and high ROI.

Results

As a center of online communication, a separate landing page has been created, on which the service is presented in an understandable way to the target group. At the same time, we have started the promotion on social media where we used advanced targeting options, such as lookalike audience and remarketing. For Google advertising, we have done research and keywords optimization, as well as a display that has been placed on all relevant websites. The obtained result is obvious and clearly measurable – there is an increased interest in the service of laser vein surgery, while the sale of the service jumped to 175% compared to the previous period.

About the Project

Sport Vision is the biggest sports goods retailer in the Balkan region. Each season the brand organizes various games for their current and potential customers. The summer of 2018. we’ve developed a web application based on their offline

campaign.

Solution

The app was in a form of the photo competition, but with some special tweaks from our side. Besides the competition and community involvement, this was a great way of lead generation for the brand’s future campaigns.

The participants could choose four different styles for their photos. The sticker elements correlated their activity with a “spirit animal” and the objects typically used for the sports included – balls, sweatbands, snorkels, etc. The app was mobile responsive in order to satisfy customers that wanted to upload their photos at the moment they were being active. The last step in the app was photo gradient related to the offline key visuals. Depending on the stickers a participant chose, the app placed a color layer over the image. This way in-app pictures looked the same as ones brand used in all their stores.

Solution


By offering beauty procedures through the unique visual presentation and a very clear CTAs instead of the standard menu approach, we succeeded to demonstrate all needed information respecting the two clicks rule.

Responsiveness on different devices is one of today’s top undisputed requests. So, we optimized it for the finest results. Even if one is swamped with a hectic day, going to the site will take only a minimum of time to get all the needed information.

About the Project


The project required a solution for a big information pool online. The base of users was huge and quite complex. We’ve agreed that the perfect solution is a combination of unique design and easy-to-use search

interface.

Solution


The primary goal was to make a website search as simple as possible. We came up with strategic search criteria to access the immense database. Through different parameters, we managed to create a filter that clearly guided the visitors to their desired location. All jobs were listed, divided into categories, regions, duration of employment, and an hourly rate.

In order to encourage visitors to become a part of the work and travel program statistics section was added. The base was directly linked to websites user database and was showing real numbers, not random nonsense.

Since the audience of the agency is college students we put a lot of effort into a mobile version of the website. The whole content was optimized for fast operation, the menu had only a few important buttons, and the search was highlighted for quick use.

Through animated visuals and responsive illustrations, we’ve managed to create a youth-optimized website.

About the Project

OPENS is a group of youth organizations from Novi Sad, Serbia, which was formed once the city got a title of European Youth Capital for 2019.  Since the internet is first on the list for information gathering for most young people we had a task to design a website

targeting this audience. The biggest challenge was to deliver all the important information to the website’s visitors and to visually define OPENS’ mission and pillars.

Solution

Through animated visuals and responsive illustrations, we’ve managed to create a youth-optimized website. What we’ve taken to the highest consideration is UX and UI because of the specific website audience.

OPENS has a big team of people with different roles and important responsibilities. Using our studio knowledge, combined with animation and scripted poses and props, we’ve managed to depict each of their positions in a unique manner.

Last, but far from least, was mobile optimization. As most of the young people access the internet through their smartphones we had to offer them a quick and visually attractive website. Using the same technique as for the main website we got a fast, responsive, and easy-to-coordinate mobile web presence.

As a company mainly in cleaning services, property management, and maintenance, Tip-Top24 needed a swift brand transformation due to the expansion of its services and target niche. Changing the name and visual identity, Tip-Top24 become Lux Top

360, a one-stop-shop for luxury real-estate owners. Providing them with 360-degree support in renting and maintaining luxury villas. On the other hand, Lux Top 360 came to be the first-class concierge service provider for tourists who are keen on high-luxury vacation.

HOW WE DID IT?

A dash of glamour, exclusivity, and the proper measure of class and elegance joined their forces in forming the image of the Lux Top 360 brand. Using the power of design and color at its finest we have transformed the nettoyage concept into a premium brand known for the most exclusive offers and services when it comes to luxury tourism.

Also, we’ve created a top of the mind effect with a 360-degree keyword.  The concept consists of rather different services, but visually always united under the unique identity of the brand logo. Property management, maintenance, welcome packs, cleaning, and concierge – all come down to 360-degrees.

Besides the content, another important aspect of the project was smart advertising. Everything ran smoothly. Day-to-day communication was mainly held on e-mail, and as for content approval we used Google Drive. If we had any questions, our account manager responded promptly and adequately. Each piece of advice and remarks they gave us were very useful. If we gave them feedback and suggestions, they accepted them and reacted accordingly.

After the strategy, the Agency began with the implementation of the strategy which at the moment lasts 3 months. Very soon we achieved first tangible results. Some of the suggestions in the strategy initiated changes and improvements of the newsletter communication and design, which provided 20 percent more transactions in the first half of the month compared to the newsletter from the previous month. Also, during 3 months period, the Agency managed to improve and build relationship with our online community using engaging and relevant content. Besides improved engagement rate, our community is growing every day which we can see by the number of new followers on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The strategy development process was very interactive between us and the agency, from the first meeting: they sent us detailed questionnaire which we went through together. This activity was important for both sides: for us to get to know the way the Agency thinks and works, and for them to collect relevant information in order to get to know us, our business, challenges and goals. Later on, they started with the analyses and presented us the insights and suggestions for further steps. After our approval of initial suggestions, the Agency proceeded with strategy development which they presented several weeks later. Even though the deadline was challenging, Homepage managed to deliver the document accordingly.

Readiness to jump in the new field - world of cryptocurrencies. Simple and professional communication. Their flexibility, responsiveness, and proactive approach have been impressive. Even though we are cooperating only few months, from the start I see approach toward ECD as a client who is long term partner.
