Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The collaboration took place at Lates+18 at the Copernicus Science Centre. The event is for adults only and takes place once a month (excluding holidays). Each Lates is on a specific topic, in July the topic of SI took place. The cooperation consisted of preparing a zone where you can change a person's appearance using AI. The place with the installation was visited by many people throughout the event, and the visitors were pleased with the interaction. 

Additionally, a lecture was given on the computer program network and how it currently functions, as well as on the development of AI.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had a satisfaction survey after the event. The lecture and HiveCV project were rated at 94.9% (lecture) 96.9% (installation).

Communication was good, everything was deliverd on time. There was no comments from me or my company.

• Over 300 questions were asked during the two-day event
• On average, one question was asked every two minutes
• 98% of successfully answered questions
• 9 out of 10 surveyed users rated their conversation as a great extension of the game lore
• No errors in custom AI voice generation
• No downtime throughout the two-day event
• During the event, the game creators approved answers generated by the AI model
