Given that the development team primarily spoke Vietnamese, having a PM who could communicate fluently in Korean made the entire process much smoother and more efficient.

Beyond communication, Hitek’s overall professionalism, commitment to quality, and adaptability stood out. Their team was dedicated to delivering a high-quality product while remaining flexible to accommodate adjustments. The initial development was not very attractive, but it improved after modification.
